It's always a pleasure going to the facility. I'm never waiting long. As soon as you work in, walk in, the care staff is always ready and able to take care of your requests. Helpful and very informative visit

Provider recommended me medication not knowing anything about what I was dealing with without any testing at all. Whether what I was dealing with was bacterial or viral, just prescribe medication with no insight on what the actual problem was. Thank you.

The provider was intentional, personable, knowledgeable, and speedy with being able to get me the answers that I need and then also with the next steps. As far as the staff, they were attentive and very helpful.

It was fine for an initial primary care provider. She put in for the prescriptions that I needed a refill on and got a script to go for bloodwork.

And it's just that sometimes they require the doctors just to see so many people in a day that they have to keep it moving very quickly. I went for my annual physical and all the doctor did was listen to my heart and lungs and look in my ears. At my age, I believe that a physical should be a little bit more. I was in and out of my appointment in 2 1/2 minutes.

This provider and any other provider seams to be there to prescribe medication ? which may harmed the pation so they are not argents of healings which is the t role of a doctor. If i was a doctor i will precribe these pharmaceutical as a last results... side effects from these product contrute to additional illness.

Cardiologist reception could be a little more friendly

We were going to go to the Virtua Mt Holly ER, but I called ahead and there was 40 people in the waiting room. On my wife's last two Virtua Mt Holly ER visits she waited over 6 hours, and she nearly bleed out due to an internal bleed, and no one had seen her in the 7 hours we sat in the waiting room. We took a shot and went to this Virtua urgent care. There was only one other person there and my wife was seen, evaluated and treated promptly, which was very important as my wife's pain was so bad that she was crying out in pain and was in tears. The prescribed steroid Pac worked extremely well, and my exhausted wife was able to sleep that night. Nothing but an extremely perfect experience starting with the people at the check-in desk all the way to the treating Doctor. My wife and I will absolutely look to use this facility again in the future.

My primary care provider is amazing. I work at another organization, but continue my care with my provider because she listens to me. She responds to me in a timely manner, and she really cares about my well-being. I love my provider and will never change.

Switching doctor, dr Davis treated me like if she was in a rush. Made me feel very uncomfortable to ask her for other concerns I had.

Check-in was very timely, on time. Receptionist was exceptional. Service was exceptional. And my experience with my doctor was exceptional.
