Expressed that I had a negative experience at my previous doctor and this was the complete opposite. I felt like staff was extremely respectful letting me know I didn't have to answer or I could stop things if I felt uncomfortable.

Provider did not appear to care or even review my chart before seeing me. She made too many orders without listening to me. I asked about medication and she told me to come back at another time to discuss. I did not feel acknowledged at all.

The people I came into contact with were all super friendly and committed to my comfort, which is reassuring when I seem to change doctors within the same group about yearly.

My visit was effortless from scheduling my appointment on MyChart to checking out at the registration desk. Everyone was pleasant, professional and efficient.

The lady who drew my blood was very nice and listened to my requests. The lady at the front desk was nice when I arrived to my appointment early.

I had good services

Doctor was very, had very good bedside manner and understood my questions and explained what the results would be and the responses in a timely manner.

I could only make an appointment with a NP and she said I needed to see a physician. This is really disappointing because my time-sensitive issue is now delayed yet again and I have to pay another expensive co-pay. I should have been able to make an apt with a Dr the first time around and not have to wait months to be seen/pay twice.

Everyone was kind and personable. Office and medical room was clean and neat.

The doctor had no personal contact or questions for me. She just did her job and left the room. That's all, very impersonal.

I was very anxious and scared going into the appointment, and I left feeling better than I came in. Everyone was so kind and I was provided information on everything I asked. I trust this location with ever fiber of my being.

I had to wait more than 45 minutes for a 3 min consultation. There is literally no respect of the patient's time.
