Excellent doctor

The lab corps made a mistake and didn't give the full amount of what she wanted them to do. So I really can't give a real good feedback because I only stayed with her for five minutes and there was nothing to discuss really because, like I said, we didn't have the lab work, so I have to go and do it over again.

I think Dr. Warnocker is great!

I felt like this provider really, really cared about just finding out all the facts and from the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I felt like the care was really, really good and I felt so much better and I had so much relief when I left. I have seen my normal OB and I have always left feeling worse and like I still had so many questions and nobody cared. So I truly love, I don't know how to say her last name, Amy and the facility.

Dr. Waronker is caring and a wonderful person who listens to your concerns. She also engages you in the decision making.

Every time I go to a Virtua Dr they say they don't have my insurance cards on file. They have to copy them. I go for follow up visit- same thing: we don't have copies of your insurance. I tell them : You ran them last time. They tell me they don't have them.

Amy Waronker is one of the finest individuals as far as a doctor is concerned that I love. She has helped me with my diabetes for the past 20 years. She is wonderful and she looks after me.

The tech, who was working that day was awful. She did not review my list of meds, did not take a BP and had no idea about how to Down load my insulin pump or ask for the correct info to down load it. She seemed miserable

Dr. Waronker is remarkably efficient and reviews my medical history (which is quite complex) quickly (but not rushed). She has been the first doctor to question whether one of my medical problems was caused by something other than the belief of my other doctors. She is quite thorough in her instructions about how to take my medicine.

There are the best with taking care of my situation with my thyroid nodules

Dr. Amy Waronker has made us live healthy lives, and we thank her so much!

Upon entering and checking in, the representatives couldn't find our referral. I gave them the confirmation # from the PCP, who I also had on speaker phone, to verify there was a referral for this visit. My PCP representative tells them they can call horizon and verify using the confirmation number. The office staff says, no that's the patients responsibility??? The referral is there yet they don't want to call insurance to verify. They would rather the patient get billed. Perfect example of doing the absolute least.

I have been visiting this practice for several years and I am extremely satisfied. I drive almost 2 hours especially to use Virtua. They provide great care. Dr Waronker-Silverstein is outstanding. She knows my medical history, provides excellent care and always takes the time to explain everything. I have the utmost confidence in her care and give her and the office my highest recommendation.

Hi, I'd like to say that I missed an appointment with my provider, but I did not know that I could see a nurse practitioner in the meantime. So there was like a four-month gap between the time I saw my provider. It would have been better had I known the information about the nurse provider, and I would have made an additional appointment. We need better communication about those available people. Thank you.

To get that appointment, I had to get the doctor involved. I think when you leave the office, you should be able to have appointment set up.

I have been seeing Dr. Waronker for many years. She and her staff have always been polite and concerned about my health. I even told my husband to go to her after we found out he had Type 2 diabetes.

Dr Waronker pointed out that she thought I wasn't taking 2 medicine based on the labs she was seeing. I went home and checked and she was correct. She is very thorough and helpful. She spent all the time i needed.
