Andrew Zheng, MD

I was completely confused by the address: Virtua Surgical Group, 200 Bowman Drive, Suite E355, Voorhees, NJ. I was looking for a building or sign, Virtua Surgical Group. All I saw was Virtua Health & Wellness Center. I wasn't sure if this was the right place. Google searches should include the name on the building, or "Virtua Surgical Group, located in the Health & Wellness Center."

Everyone was professional and kind, answering all of my questions.

The experience was very therapeutic and I was treated with care.

Dr. Zheng is a very good listener and took the time with my questions. I did not feel rushed during my visit, which I appreciate. All the staff that I came in contact with were great.

The surgeons I had consultation with was knowledgeable and understand my health conditions, and what treatment is needed to cure me.

Well, I really like Dr. Zheng. He's very personable and very caring, and we discussed everything that needed to be discussed pretty much. Plus, I told him some stories, so he was very patient with me. And I really liked him. It was the first time I met him, and it sounds like, you know, he knows what he's going to do. It's almost like he had a plan in his head before I even, you know, started discussing certain things that I needed. And so, he listened to me so well that I really appreciated it.

Some of the questions are not applicable. Like did everyone treat you as a unique person. It's very hard to answer that question when you're just checking in and then seeing the doctor.

Nice doctor, took care of my issue and reassured me

This doctor was great, the other one I had earlier was not good, last hospital stay that Doctor didn't listen and had horrible bed side manner. He did not treat the drain removal with antibiotics which lead to this infection/ hospitalization. The doctor this time was very good, listened, treated me like a person.

Dr.Zheng took his time with me and answered all my questions. It was a great experience. His medical assistant was also very kind and put me at ease.
