I really like this provider. She's very knowledgeable. She's very kind. She listens and I hadn't seen her in almost a year maybe and she knew everything about things that I talked about with her at my last appointment. So I would give her an outstanding recommendation.

I arrived for my appointment twenty minutes prior to my appointment as scheduled. However, I was not seen for almost an hour past my scheduled check-in. Then I met Dr. Jones. She was very personable and apologized profusely for the delay and explained the delay in detail to my satisfaction. My new patient appointment was conducted very professionally. I am very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Jones and the staff.

I have to say, from making the appointment on the phone to coming into the office, from the receptionist in the front and the MA and Dr. Jones, everybody gets a 10. Very attentive, very caring. Dr. Jones is very empathetic. She's understanding. She's definitely let me know that she's in my corner. This was my first visit here. I had to find a new PCP due to my previous PCP office closing abruptly. I was very pleased with the office staff and especially Dr. Jones.

Always greeted with a smile, co-workers are friendly and make you feel welcome. Doctors are smashing, they also make you feel welcome and really listen to you, feel heard here. Have not had a bad experience here, highly recommend going here.

Dr Jones is an excellent doctor that listens closely to her patients, provides clear explanations, and takes action to ensure they receive the care they need.

Just a note - twice I have paid my co-pay in cash at the appt only to be billed later for the copay. It didn't seem like a big thing but it's happened twice now, so now I either pay online or I make sure I get them to print out a receipt.

Dr. Jones is a wonderful doctor. She makes sure that everything that I want is available and she helps me with everything that she can and she's more than help and so is her staff.

Dr. Jones was extremely insightful and attentive to the questions I had about my health and wellness. I forget the name of the tech who did my health history but he was a good guy as well.

Hi, Dr. Anne Jones is great. She listens. She goes over things with you. She takes her time with you. You don't feel rushed when you're in her office, which is really nice because I know they have a lot of patients to get to. So it doesn't feel like you're just another number. She'll go over everything with you and she'll explain it so that you can understand as you're not a doctor. So overall, it's just a great experience.

Dr. Jones was awesome. She sometimes made sure she understood me, got to know me, made sure that I was comfortable. She asked all the right questions and answered all of my questions. She, it was only the second or third time that I've seen her no, second time. And she already makes me feel like I've been patient there for a long time and that she really cares about my health. And doing what I need.
