Dr. Anthony Stauerwein is extremely knowledgeable and he knows my history and we discuss things and when I forget to ask him something, I can always send him a note and he will answer right away.

I trust Dr Sauerwein and his staff. I feel comfortable asking questions and know they provide me with the best advice for my situation.

Dr. Sauerwein was very easy to talk to.He was very personable and seemed very familiar with my Medical history. He did not rush our meeting and explained a plan for my medical care very thoroughly. I felt very trusting and comfortable with him. I am very happy he will be my cardiologist.

It's important that people treat you with kindness when you're sick. It helps you to calm down and helps you to realize there is hope for what you are suffering from

Dr talked "very"fast, my daughter was with me that helped she didn't have a problem. I was glad she was with me.

Dr. Sauerwein saved my life 30 years ago when my heart stopped 4 times and there was little hope that I would survive. He got me into Cooper in Camden where they, with the help of many prayers were able to give me at least 30 more years of unrestricted life!

The women who do triage or one speaks to when having a problem don't always get back to me in a timely manner, this was 6 months ago. Really difficult to get to speak to the actual Doctor they don't seem to want to do that either

Look, no one wants to be sick and go to a doctor. However, if you do get sick, it is a blessing to see a medical physician who has the knowledge and experience to provide you with the best care and put your mind at ease. Doctor Sauerwein, MD, is one of those doctors.

Dr Sauerwein made me feel like I've known him forever in a good way

When I arrived to check in the staff member was on the phone. I waited and without ending the call, she look at me while still on the phone and asked for my name, then continued her conversation with the caller (personal). Every time she asked I question I had to ask if she was speaking with me or the person on the phone. Completely rude. The nurse who called me in to the room was wasn't any better

My only complaint is the girls behind the desk. I guess receptionist were very unprofessional. They were on their phones listening to videos cackling and just being annoying. Everyone else were very professional in every way.

I would not have any other cardiologist other than Dr. Anthony Sauerwein. When he comes in the room, he knows exactly where I am in my health care heart problems and we discuss it and he just gives me the best feedback and advice. I really depend on him.

I was seen earlier than my appointment and did not have to wait long in the waiting room (maybe 5 minutes). That is AMAZING after a day at work!

The nurse misunderstood my use of my mobile phone. The mobile phone has all the medical history and medication prescriptions. She seemed upset because of my use of it. It was a shame she didn't listen to me say I have to look the medications up.

The MA could have been a little more professional. She huffed and puffed a number of times when she couldn't get the leads to stick when doing my EKG due to me having lotion on. She wiped it off with alcohol pads and she still couldn't get it. She finally excused herself and went and got a new set of ekg leads, placed them and was able to complete the ekg.

The provider listen to you and explain to you the outcome of the result, make you understand everything you need to know. I cannot trade him with another provider. He knows his work. Thank you doctor.

I always feel like I'm rushed out of Dr. Sauerwein's office pretty much for each visit. In my other positions, I'm there much longer, but I always feel that I'm rushed or he's in a hurry.

One of the most professional medical practices I've ever had care at. Almost no wait upon arrival, the nurse who started my care was outstanding in every way, and Dr Sauerwein is such a good man and doctor. No flaws, honestly. He's a bad ass. Check out nurse was equally helpful and on point; everything is lined up perfectly for my future care and visits due to her professional knowledge and support.

We arrived under a bit of duress as we had an issue with our portable oxygen concentrator - and the front desk could not find our appointment in the system. Granted, on the second point, my father was presented using his common first name, not his official name. I am not sure if the staff asked for birthday or could have just looked under last name, but there was confusion. Now, on the more pressing point, we had to ask for emergency supplemental oxygen. I'm not sure if there was oxygen on the floor (2nd) or if it had to be brought from another office or floor, but it took a bit of time - and then we were just presented the tank and then had to ask for assistance to help operate. It was a tense few minutes for the patient and his daughter. The appointment itself was fine and the oxygen was collected on our way out. I should have asked (or perhaps the staff could have suggested ) about borrowing the tank for the ride home, as it was a harrowing trip, with a tense but safe ending. Lesson learned on our part. Thank you.

Everyone, except, the rude young woman who signed us out, treated us exceptionally. They were polite and very friendly. However, the young woman who signed us out, had a bad attitude, and no patience for two octogenarians trying to schedule appointments. This was a first, because we always have been pleased with our visits at this office. Thank you.
