Both the nurse and the doctor that I had seen that day were excellent and provided excellent information to me and were very caring and sympathetic and just overall very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable visiting and asking questions.

I ended up going into svt in the office. This was supposed to be a routine annual appointment and I ended up in the hospital.

Really liked this doctor and his staff have had good outcomes with virtual providers.

Oh yes, I had an excellent experience. Everybody was so nice with the EKG and the doctor. He was real concerned about my aspirin intake and my blood pressure. He was curious because I always had an extremely low blood pressure and my heart rate was fine, but it was a little different things he noticed, but it was all excellent. So I was really impressed. I really liked that office. Never been to a cardiologist. A little worried, but I was assured that everything was fine, so I appreciate your office and the doctor. It was excellent care, and very courteous and professional, and they were very nice. And I love the EKG and everything, and at Jefferson Health as well, and virtually. Thank you for your care. I've been very happy with my experience with Virtua starting with the scheduling people. So much I am planning on switching my Primary Care Provider to Virtua

I liked the provider very much. He explained everything in detail. He was very nice, great bedside manner. I did not care for the medical assistant. I don't know what his name is. White guy, probably in his 40s, heavy set. I did not like his bedside manner and he made me feel uncomfortable. Yeah, so I think he needs a little bit of training.

Dr. Desai is attentive to my issues and is respected by me.

I've never seen Dr. Desai on the original appointment date. This last time Virtua changed the appointment three times.

Dr Desai was very thorough explaining my dx and reviewing my test results. I felt very comfortable in his care.

This was my first visit with Dr. Desai and he took the time to listen to me and answered all my questions. I feel very confident that I made the right decision in choosing Dr. Desai.
