Very good experience for a first time visit. Dr answered all my questions With clear explanations

Receptionist was not very friendly or caring

Dr instructed me in follow up notes to stop taking my Trilogy medication without reason for it. I have reoccurring problems with mucus in my lungs which this medication helps.

Dr. Kachroo was prepared to discuss my medical history & listen to my concerns. Excellent Doctor!!

This office is extremely efficient. You are seen at your appointment time but never made to feel rushed. My medication required a PA, and it was done on the same day. This level of patient care is a rarity in health care nowadays so I appreciate this office and Dr Kachroo very much.

Dr K is extremely thorough and professional, and really understands how to treat the whole person and not just symptoms. His team is extremely professional and friendly, and I wouldn't go to any other neurologist, ever! Highly recommend!

The doctor is just very likable

I am a very anxious individual. I was nervous about my appointment. As soon as I walked in the door, the women in the receptionist area eased my tension. Dr. Kachroo is a lovely, personable man that put all my anxiety to rest. He listens to what I have to say and addresses any questions. He is a TOP DOC.

The provider, our timely listen to you and are very professional and let you know that your value as a person and a patient. I always feel that way when I go to that office everyone is always very understanding and very pleasant and patient.
