It is always a pleasant experience to come to Rowan Medicine. I had a question after I left and went to My Chart to ask and I got a very quick response.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The only downside was when the MA overseeing me left and did not inform other staff members. I was left in my exam room for 20-25 minutes for vaccines before another staff member checked on me. The wait did not concern or bother me, but felt noteworthy of sharing.

The staff that was working at the Rowan office was absolutely amazing. They were friendly. I had a little hiccup with my daughter's insurance, but they got it fixed. I didn't have to run in circles. The nurses were great because my daughter was nervous, but they were amazing. And Ashley Thomas goes above and beyond for her patients. My daughter has a little bit of anxiety and she always calms her down and is able to talk her through things and we absolutely love her and we love the office. Thank you.

The care is always really great with Ashley Thomas. However, making an appointment and getting it in a timely manner is always an issue for me and my husband. It takes too long when we're sick to be seen. I think that's a scheduling issue.

I arrived before my scheduled time about 2:30 to fill out paperwork. I left around 4 about 1hr and 30 mins for this visit. I prefer to be in and out. Also, not happy that the student put the medical tool in my ear so deep. I was like ouch. I came in for a sinus infection and only was prescribed an antibiotic.. That night and the next day I was coughing and bought allergy medicine to dry the cough up. My coughing was severe and could not stop. At the end of my visit they talked about me getting a blood test, mammogram and colonoscopy. They were offering all these different other tests but the main point was that I had a sinus infection. I left there the unsatisfied and I will continue goingUrgent Care instead. I made that appointment there so that I would have great care and would be recommended the best medicine. Overall I was not happy with my visit.

Everything was great. Having capability to get your bloodwork done their is great.

Let me start off by saying I'm blown away by the professionalism and empathy that the WHOLE staff demonstrated. The only reason they didn't know about my medical history was because it was my first time seeing this doctor. I changed my PCP to this practice. My new doctor, Dr. Ashley Thomas, was phenomenal. She took the time to listen to me, to explain everything to me, from testing, to medications, to referring me to additional doctors for specific reasons. From the moment I walked through the door and met the receptionists, to the nurses, to my new primary doctor and even to the nurse in the lab station, things were welcoming, seamless, foolproof and an all around pleasant visit(considering I was still at a doctor's visit after all, I mean, what normal person actually wants to go to the doctors). I can honestly say that I will be recommending that everyone that has a pulse and in south jersey to go to these doctors and nurses. Great job for hiring the cream of the crop in the medical field. By the way, I went to the office in Hammonton, NJ.

Dr. Thomas was also very attentive, very nonjudgmental, very knowledgeable, very understanding about what I was dealing with and my symptoms and all the things in my life that were contributing to my health conditions and gave me a lot of good feedback and useful information. It was just very friendly and helpful and caring. And so I appreciated all that very much and also getting checked out, experience checking out at the front desk was also very positive, recursive and positive.
