Dr. Malek is an amazing physician. I trust him completely and rely on his expertise.

I am very comfortable with Dr. Malek and his staff. I am very pleased with the care and assessment of my liver condition. I am looking forward to seeing more of an improvement in the coming months.

The arrival at the doctor's office was confusing because it doesn't indicate exactly the floor or level of the office.

Provider was too rushed. Spoke too fast. I asked him to slow down and he did. Re: contacting the staff is extremely difficult to get to speak to front desk. The provider apparently did not send a prescription for a procedure to MyChart so I had to call ( bc no one ever responded to my message in MyChart) Someone answered and said she would transfer me to the desk but I got the awful message and got put on hold. Try calling the Virtua center for liver disease and see if you get a live person to talk to. This is a chronic issue I have mentioned before. If it weren't for the fact that I need a hepatologist I would not go to this office.

If a doctor is gonna treat patients he needs to be there for all patients needs.Not this visit but I was recently given a hard time for forms I needed for a DOT physician. Current care provider felt it was beneath him and if he costs me my job him and Virtua are gonna have problems

Except for the fact that we had to wait a couple of months for the appointment, which seems to be typical with a lot of specialty practices, we had a wonderful, absolutely wonderful experience in this office from the women at the desk helping us and being so sweet to the doctor who was new to us being absolutely thorough and concerned and just really don't have the words to explain how pleased we were. So again, just except for the long wait, which I know is typical, we had a wonderful experience.

The team here at the center is so wonderful. They listen to me. Take the time to go over my history and more importantly are very honest. And informative.

My waiting time was short, and my time with the doctor was timely.

I highly trust Dr Malek with my liver health care.

My whole experience was really good. Once I got to the office, I mean the receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, they were all excellent, very timely. My only, I guess, quote, criticism would be actually scheduling the appointment. That was a little trying and then it had to be rescheduled on the doctor's behalf and I kind of fell through the cracks, so I had to keep calling back to get it rescheduled and I think my initial appointment was scheduled for June and I wasn't able to see him until November. So I wasn't that happy about that. But other than that, once I got to the office, I was treated with exceptional care. So thank you very much and have a good day. Bye-bye.

My hepatic specialist gave me eye contact and listened and allowed me to talk and he was reassuring . So time will tell. It was my first visit with him .just because it's Virtua doesn't mean there will be compassionate re assuring doctors. He wasn't dismissive. But let's see as time goes on .....

The experience has always been wonderful. From the person who takes the call to the office staff, everyone is very friendly. Dr. Malek is a true professional, attentive, kind, and pleasant. He explains his explanations clearly and lets you know his expectations. I'm very happy with the experience.

The building has no number outside. Dr Malek's name is no where on a sign outside or second floor doesn't show that he shares this office on wed with a vascular Doctor. I felt like a detective, I ended up with two tries to find out where his office is. Mapquest has you go to a gray old house. On Apple Maps we found Virtua on roof picture. No sign on street mentioned Virtua. Could call ahead because Virtua in Camden no one is there to answer phone just on wed.

The satellite office should be able to print visit summaries and make appointments.

I have recommended other people to Dr Malek.
