I did not meet with Dr. Islam... It was for my Medicare annual health checkup. The person with whom I met provided me with excellent care and explained everything fully.

This is the first doctor who treated me with respect, empathy & a desire to figure out why I feel so sick all of the time. She did not doubt me nor label me as a hypochondriac who is "too aware of your body." That is never a helpful thing to say to a patient, let alone suggest that nonsense towards a female in need of real answers! Thank you!!!

She took time to explain what was going on. She address my questions and concerns, making me feel more comfortable about it.

This appointment was designated as a physical. It was made clear to me, both explicitly and implicitly that I should not bring up health concerns. This apparently had something to do with insurance and billing. Regardless, it all seemed rushed and there was very little opportunity for discussion. Provider tended to defer to my specialists and was reluctant to offer her own opinions about things.

Dr. Islam was very thorough and courteous.

Dr. Islam was fantastic. Her personality, she made me feel at home. I felt like I liked her. One good thing I would like to see your practice fix, when they put the pulse ox on your finger, I think they need to clean it because when you put your finger in, it's cruddy, to say the least. So clean your pulse axes, but other than that, your practice runs like a well-oiled machine.

I feel comfortable but a tad pushed on things I don't want to do so I would like to go at my own pace on things!

Didn't have to wait before getting called back to exam room.

My experience was not so great the doctor seemed to care about changing all my prescriptions to her benefit without asking why in the first place. I had to message her to tell her the reasons why. It seemed like it was all her way instead of listening really listening to the patient. I'm not happy and am considering finding a new doctor. My first experience with a new doctor was very overwhelming and very stressful.

This was a fluid tag team. I messaged my PCP Dr. [REDACATED] who was advised me to come into the office. Dr. REDACTED], however, was booked and unavailable to see me. I am grateful for Dr. Islam, who saw me within 24 hours. The whole process from the time I sent a message, to calling into the office next day and getting appointment occurred within 48 hours.EXCELLENT!!

The nurse Kim was so nice!! And Dr Islam was very friendly and very good!!!!!I had a great visit and she took care of my issue quickly!!

All of the staff members treated me with the utmost respect, from the time I checked in until I left the medical facility. My doctor was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and put me in position to get my health back on track.

I would like to say one thing about Dr. Islam. She's a wonderful doctor. She did not rush me through my visit. She's just a very personable doctor. I give her an A+.

The doctor I saw was great. She was very concerning, and she made me understand everything I was asking her, and I really liked her. The one thing I would say, though, with this survey, one to 10, I know, and you said 10 is the best, And then when I get putting in a 10, well, you put in a 10, did you mean that? I think everything went well. The only problem that I had was I felt that I wasn't, I had a problem with a woman issue and I felt like it wasn't understood or listened to as well as I would have liked. And so it wasn't being resolved, and I didn't think it was going to be resolved as quickly as I would have liked. So I couldn't get a hold of the Cherry Hill office

I liked that I had a call before the appt took place on which I was told that a link would be sent to me soon to connect. It was very easy to complete the connection.

A complete general physical is no longer a thing. Looking in ears and listening to lungs, heart and abdomen only - is not a complete physical. But I'm certain it will be charged as such.

As this was my first visit, everything was surprisingly straight forward, courteous, non judgmental and reassuring. A very pleasant experience.

Everyone was great! From the front stafd to the MA to Dr. Islam I had a great experience for my first time at the office.

We respect Dr Islam so much and really like her.

Staff was pleasant and respectful.

It was very disappointing! I had an insect bit on my back that I thought might be a tick. The doctor indicated that it was a bite but not a tick. The bite continued to bother me. Two days later I had a visit scheduled with my oncologist; he looked at the bite and removed a large tick that was still alive!!!

It was a very difficult time for me but the staff and the doctor were so understanding thank you so much [PHI]
