Yes, they treated me like I had been there many a time, treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say.

It was a positive experience from the check in to the vitals being taken to the actual meeting with the Dr. The Dr talked to me, listened to me and proposed a plan for me to get healthy.

Convienent office location , Clean , comfortable waiting area . Pleasant front desk staff . Short wait time for check in & to be seen by Dr. Sufficient appt. time with Dr. to discuss medical Hx. & plan for procedures ordered .

Dr Turnier is not just an excellent doctor, he's a kind, compassionate human being.

I had a virtual appointment and the doctor never showed up on the appointment. I waited 30 minutes then I entered the call. I get a phone call from the office stating he's running late and he'll be on in 10 minutes. I waited another 30 minutes nothing so I call and make an appointment with a different doctor. That one will be at the end of this month. Hopefully this works out better.

Very grateful for Dr. Turnier~ His knowledge and skill from many years of practice is invaluable. Dr. Turnier has a very good way with .patients, making them feel comfortable and addressing their concerns.

I was very disappointed in my visit overall. I was coming for my yearly medication refill and already started coming into the appointment annoyed due to my original G.I. at the practice, ordering testing, it coming back positive, and never hearing back from the doctor. This visit was with a brand new doctor in the practice. My appointment was at 9:40 AM and I did not leave the office till almost 11:15 AM. The doctor was running over an hour late. I needed to pick my children up from their activity and when I read my after visit summary all they wrote was I was stating that I needed to pick my kids up yet nothing is in there about the providers lack of respect for my time I am not sure I will be returning in a year. I may go see another virtual Gastro doctor at another practice very disappointed.

I'm so glad I had an appointment with Dr. Turnier. His assistant was wonderful too. Forgive me, I forgot her name. She was very nice and knowledgeable as well as Dr. Turnier!!
