I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen, which is usually the case in this office. But my appointment with Dr. Turnier was a good one, and he is a very caring doctor so it's worth the wait.

The doctor was very pleasant and welcoming and basically explained my physical situation well.

I have had Dr Turnier for over 15 years very caring goes out of his way to care fore me!

The only issue I had was I did wait an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor. And I know sometimes they're very busy, but that is kind of long to have to wait. But other than that, everything was fine.

Although he is booked up in advance there is not a long wait to be seen. Dr. Turnier takes time to listen which is appreciated and time to explain his diagnosis and treatment options. I would and have referred him to others.

He is not only attentive in person, but he responds to questions I send on the portal in a very timely manner and has called me in person, late in the evening, to respond to issues regarding me health. I'm lucky to have him as my gastroenterologist. I recommend him to everyone. His staff is wonderful, and I feel very welcome and comfortable when I'm at his office as well as when I need to call about scheduling or with health questions.

Except for the wait for scheduling an appt all else was great. It was easy to schedule, I was able to see and hear my Dr. He too would see and hear me clearly. Dr Turnier was very personable, caring and interested in my case..this was my first visit and he addressed an issue i have with an unsteady gait and dizziness and suggested an ENT doctor.

I was there for 1 hr. , 15 min. Time with nurse and doctor equaled 15 min. I waited 1 hr. in total.

Unfortunately, the doctor is so busy, so swamped because he is so excellent that it's hard to get an appointment. But once you get in, it's well worth the wait. The staff was excellent. They're responsive to my needs. When I got out of their way for me, because I was a little late, and then the doctor sat down and really talked to me. I don't know if you're familiar with Dr. [REDACTED] on TV, but he reminded me of him, how he's concerned and involved and just so attentive. It was just amazing to see a doctor in this day and age treat me like that. I really appreciated that visit.
