By far this dr and staff were extremely professional and treated me as they wanted to give me all the tools necessary with treatment including insurance compliance. They are a picture of how a drs office should be - thanks to the dr and staff.

Dr. Thomas is amazing. She has helped me with my migraines. She is patient, listens and recommends and explains a treatment plan with you. I had issues with my insurance trying to obtain needed medication. She was persistent and I was approved for the treatment. I would recommend her to someone needing a neurologist.

Very kind and caring care from the doctor! Unfortunately due to my medical history of poor balance, falls, fractures and surgeries and now Neuropathy in my feet, Dr. Thomas really couldn't recommend a permanent solution for any of these problems! However she felt that physical therapy could help the Neuropathy and ordered an MRI of my brain just to check if anything was going on and would call if any problem! Also gave me a follow up appointment in May! A warm hug to say goodbye!??

First time patient so a little nervous. That feeling vanished as soon as I met Dr. Carole Thomas. Her treatment was FANTASTIC and she has a terrific bedside manner, which was greatly appreciated. She is an absolute credit to the practice.

Dr Thomas 0/10 not recommended at all. She don't have to be a doctor. She just waste my time/day and i waited for appointment couple weeks. I had half insufferable headache from almost 2 months. It's not fun or joke i visit for my serious problem. She doesn't listen, interrupts frequently, dismisses my concerns rude, uneducated, races, She didn't give any pill medication any relief what i was suffering from. I requested for any relief medicine at moment and her response was i can't give any medication or anything. Then why you there? Go home ??

First visit with Dr. Thomas concerning a recent MRI ordered by my PCP. I was anxious concerning this visit. Dr. Thomas was very thorough and familiar with my medical history. She listened to my concerns and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. She really put me at ease and made a few suggestions on a few items. She spent a lot of time with me and I did not feel rushed. She is an excellent doctor and would recommend her to family/friends. Will continue to see her for any future issues.
