Everything ran super smoothly. From only waiting a few minutes to be called in, to having an ultrasound of my shoulder, to xrays then a consult with Dr. Chong, I was in and out within an hour! Everyone was very nice.

My original appointment was canceled without including me in the process. It took several calls to get to the root cause of the issue. . This was confusing and delayed my care.

Dr Chong was very kind and caring! He listened intently to my concerns regarding my shoulder and devised a plan designed especially for me ?? Dr Chong did an excellent job using an ultrasound machine to administer my Cortisone shot? Lo and behold the cortisol injection seems to have done the trick my shoulder feels so much better 3 days later??

I I thought Dr. Chong was verynoersonsble, gave me reasonable choices, and was conservative with his treatment choices. He respected my opinion and we parted with a plan in place and the option to call him if I needed him. I would recommend him to others.

The experienc,to include the injection,was brief and to date has not eliminated the hip pain,5 days ago.. Will be reconnecting the Drs office if pain continues or find another medical provider.

Everything with the doctor and staff was g ood. However, your phone system is abysmal! Wait time is unacceptable. Had to change the time of an upcoming visit, was on hold for 44 minutes. You are puting your employees in the position of hearing the the anguish of your patients.

It was a quick in and out, get a shot for my bursitis. But I was out of there before I could ask any questions.

Dr. Chong was GREAT! I went in there with my left knee in pain and let him know that the other one hurt also. Thinking he would only take care of the left one as that was the one I told them when I made the appointment. BUT! He came in with needles for both knees and now I'm glad he did listen. Because they both feel great at this time. He also told me that if the injections didn't work, I was to come back and he would inject a gel. Thanks Dr. Chong! And all the girls from the front desk and back were also great. Beautiful office and close to home.

It's ridiculous that you can't make appointments online. I had to wait 32 minutes until I can make an appointment on the phone. That's Stone age stuff. I don't understand how any body in the modern age can have something this backward.
