I've been a patient at this facility for a very long time and I have always been very happy with the care I've received.

Wonderful practice, efficient and polite. Corrine is the best primary we have had over the last few years. But I think the majority of providers are very good.

The front desk was not very nice to another patient and talked about her after she was called back

I was extremely satisfied for the most part with the level of care that I received from the staff at the urgent care. The nurse practitioner and the nurses and everyone there were very nice. The only problem I had was that the scheduler, Nicole, was extremely rude to me. She called me in about, I would say, 8:30 as I was leaving for work at a school and she just kept asking me if I could make concessions to them saying that I was going to lose my appointment. She asked me if there was ways I could get to her, to the location faster. And I would say that the only problem that I had, and it came close to almost, you know, me canceling my appointment, was from Nicole. So other than the scheduler, I had no problems.

I was lucky I got a cancellation for a pre op exam in time for surgery. Generally when making a routine appt the wait is way too long.

While only a wellness visit, I booked it over 30 days in advance. Upon being checked-in on time, and seen by the nurse, I waited in the room for 30 mins to be seen...so I left. There were no updates from anyone about her running behind, or apologizing and asking me if I had the time to wait. I had no idea how much longer it was going to take, and I couldn't wait around any longer. So after 30 mins, I left without being seen.

Everything went very well.

All the staff from when enter their offices until I depart are extremely friendly and professional.

From weigh in to seeing doctor every one was professional, caring, and attentive to my care. They listened to what I had said. The most important is the atmosphere in the waiting room, very comfortable and I acknowledge each person was treated fairly and professional at the front desk. Scheduling an appointment for the same day was easy. The office staff was friendly. The assistant taking my vitals and updating my information was informative. NP Cummings was very thorough in getting all of my symptoms. She expressed her diagnosis. If the medication she prescribed does not help me we discussed the next step.

This is a wonderful office to go to. Everyone is courteous and friendly, which is excellent. My provider listen to me carefully and understanding of my needs. I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a medical office to go to.
