I I was feeling terrible when I arrived, but after speaking with the doctor and her examination, she explained everything to me. She gave me a prescription and within 24 hours, I began to heal.

Courtney and the Hainesport office was very professional as usual.

My visit was disrupted twice two people telling Cortney she had a phone call. It was very disrespectful to me and when I'm there it is my visit not a free for all for phone calls

Everybody in the office was so kind to everybody. One of the patients even opened the door for me cause I had a walker and I have a trach and can not really talk but the dr understood what I was saying

Nurse practitioner, Courtney Griffin, is very efficient. She takes her time. She gets to know you. She listens to everything you talk to her about and she makes recommendations. And I feel very comfortable. Thank you.

I would like to say that the experience there was absolutely amazing. My daughter actually looked at me on the way out the door. She was the first one to say it. I supported her and agreed with her and told her the same thing. It was a pleasurable experience. Yes, the whole staff, the entire staff there was very helpful, very courteous, and wonderful.

This office is very good friendly and professional from the front desk and till the end of your visit including the lab core tech , she is very good at her job . I don't like needle's they make me very uncomfortable but she was very friendly and good I never feel a thing it was over before I knew it . I don't remember her name but she gets a star ??

Great PcP office.

I was very nervous and feeling very vulnerable bringing up my concerns, I felt like I'd be looked at as just another person saying they were suffering with ADHD as diagnoses seem to be rising. That was not at all what happened, Cortney made me feel heard, involved in the treatment, and not just like another number. I was relieved when I left my appointment and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Cortney was great. I think my issue was with those at the front desk. Nothing to do with me personally, but I felt like I was the new person there just listening to their conversations about another patient and I'm not able to pay the copay and just saying things like, oh, should I give the money myself? Like he has to go and come back. I don't know. I just felt like that was a bit unprofessional on that side. I think Cortney was great. Great, perfect. It was just like the front desk.

From the door entering to my leaving, everyone was very professional, personable, and I have to say the doctor was excellent in that she knew all the answers to the questions that I asked and her suggestions. about different things were well taken. And I just love her as a provider. And I'm happy that I did choose her as my primary care doctor. Well, the message should be, number one, let's look in the mirror for sure. And everybody ought to know what makes our country great is that we do have political differences and we can express them. But how do you express them?

Why do you have lab core to do bloodwork In this office? This is a Virtua facility and I go there because I have Virtua insurance. I waited after my appt approximately 30 min to find out I can't have my labs drawn there because I have to go Quest or Virtua! Why wouldn't a Virtua facility have a lab that takes Virtua's insurance to do labs! It's ridiculous and makes no sense. Now I have to go take more time out to get everything done and I could have had my coffee that morning! It would be really nice to be able to get everything done at one location.

Virtua needs to do a better job at being quick in phone calls and responding over the MyChart

Great staff great doctor great nurse practitioner. I live over 40 minutes away and I've been going to my hands port location for the past three years so what does that say about service? They're great.

They need to learn to know more about their patients and what's going on with them. And start listening to them a little more because I was not listened to at all. And then they just like act like I was nothing. Very poor doctor skills.

Unfortunately, we're moving out of state & will have leave the practice after many years. Dr. Meltzer, Cortney, Dawn & Ruby are beyond amazing! Dr. Meltzer has always gone out of his way to help us & keep us laughing! Courtney is so knowledgeable & always in tune. Dawn & Ruby are awesome at their jobs. We will miss them terribly!

Cortney listened attentively to everything I had to say, and asked follow up questions to gain further understanding. I was a new patient and she took plenty of time to review my medical history with me and listened to my concerns. She made sure we had a plan going forward and was very thorough. On top of that, her bedside manner was excellent and I felt very comfortable talking with her. 10/10 would recommend and I am so glad I made the decision to switch PCP's and ended up in Cortney's office.
