I believe that everything was done very well for my surgery from the pre-op appointments all the way up to the surgery and through the surgery, especially during the surgery and recovery of the surgery. It was very nerve-wracking for me in the beginning to have to go through, but they made it a great experience. And I'm very, very, very happy with the result of everything. And I want to say thank you very much. I appreciate you all.

Danielle was exceptional and professional. She knew what my needs were and she took care of it. I just like her a whole lot. But what I do wish that could happen is that each time that a person, well in my case, go to the doctor for my needs, I would like to have Danielle. I don't like getting a different person each time, but Danielle was really, just a really nice, good person and doctor.

I keep coming back to Virtua Reconstructive Orthopedics because of the great service and care. If not for my doctor Danielle Thorn who is one of the best doctors I have seen in a long time. She makes my care a priority because she loves helping people.

Danielle Thorn was fantastic. Professional, personable, knowledgeable. She really listened and took plenty of time with me. I feel I have a great health partner in Danielle and the rest of the Virtua staff. {redacted} the x ray tech was super helpful as well as the front desk attendant (didn't catch her name).

I don't want them to give me a appointment unless it's wh the doc that I want, I don't want random doctors.

Danielle Thorne is an amazing physician assistant. She listens to all of my concerns. She then discusses what the next step is.

I had a very, very good experience at the center, especially with Danielle. She was very understanding. She went through everything like my medications, what I had to stop taking before the surgery, made sure that I was able to understand what she was telling me and also I was able to feel free to ask questions and she answered them very clearly for me and whatever corrections I wanted to make or say, she allowed me to do so. So I had an excellent experience with Danielle and I would recommend her and that center and the doctors to everyone. Thank you.

This office is awesome. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about me.

Once the person that answered my appointment call knew I wanted an appointment near me, she was able to refer me to the PA, and I was seen the next day. Great experience, start to finish for me.

It is horrible that as the patient i do not know what provider I am seeing until they walk into the exam room. Patients have the right to know who will be providing care and should not be told "one of the PAs" when asked who they are scheduled to see. Patient's are allowed to have a preferred provider and shouldn't be forced to settle for whoever happens to be working that day.

The staff treats you like you are family. I would definitely recommend this office to others. I consider them my Life Savers, because they're always there for me.

some good and some not great. Scheduling and admin were difficult. Had to do two pre surgery PA appointments for no reason. Not happy with the admin staff, not efficient. The doctor is good but everything is too rushed. Not sure if I would make the same choice next time.

The x-ray tech was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Much better than the x-ray tech at the Burlington office, who is always miserable! My appointment was completed on time.

I Recieved insurance acceptance and can not schedule an appointment for ortho injections...the phone system is very bad

I went to Reconstructive Orthopedic because when I came there, I was seeing the same provider all the time. But now it's gotten so big that when I call and get an appointment, I don't see the same provider all the time. I would like to be able to see the same provider all the time. That's why I left Rothman. And if I don't start seeing the same provider every time, that'll be why I leave here. Although it isn't the service, it is more because I don't like that every time I come there, I see all new faces. So maybe that's something that you could do something about.

So Danielle Thorn, who saw me, is a great nurse practitioner. I don't mind coming to see her. She helps me a lot and comes up with ideas.

Need to be able to get return call in timely manner from main calling numbers for appt I had to drive to the office because I did not get a return call as indicated on call center they would

I do not like this office. I do not like the protocols. I do not appreciate some of the people that work there and their attitudes. I do not appreciate having to go to this office as I was fine when I was going to the Cherry Hill location in brace Road. trying to schedule my appointments with my provider, particularly has been exceptionally difficult. In fact it was increasingly difficult to even get her now that you guys merged. I have been with her for a few years already and I'm pissed off that I can't get seen by my provider for my series of injections

Danielle Thorn is a wonderful PA. Her bedside manner is the best. She listens to what you have to say and is very caring. I would recommend her to everyone.

I waited to be checked longer than to be called back to see Danielle. There was someone at the and another person waiting in line ahead of me. There was only one woman checking people in.

I would like to say that Danielle is absolutely amazing. She is kind, she's thorough, she's understanding, and she really does treat you with absolutely the most respect. She's an amazing provider. Your front-deck staff is equally as amazing. They are very, very nice. But the young lady who took my blood pressure and asking questions about my medication was kind of rude. That's why you got a seven instead of a 10. But that's no reflection on Danielle. She's wonderful. And your other staff is wonderful. It was just this one very rude young lady. Thank you. That's it.

I understand transitions can be hard-and it did result in a delay in my treatment and receiving injections for my knees-I trust and am most comfortable with Danielle and she has provided me with information, listens and evaluates the current circumstances so I can continue to thrive without surgery
