I prefer for my child to see a pediatrician and not just the four-year student and then a PA. I would like for her to see a pediatrician every time.

So since my grandchild has been with you guys, you guys have always been very professional, kind, I mean, always going above and beyond. I never have a problem in contacting you guys, talking with you guys, and you're always able to get him. And so, I mean, this practice is, I have nothing bad to say. And I love this practice. I love everyone there. They had actually had a big part in me getting him back. So I give this practice on a scale of zero to 10, a 20. Like everyone in the office at each location has been very professional and one of a kind. So thank you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you. Bye.

I have been using this office for my children's whole lives. 12 and 13 years. Over recent years the quality of care has severely declined! All of the providers we were familiar with have left the office. No one seems to know or care to know my children's history or background. Making appts are difficult at times. Specifically for flu shots. Why are flu clinics only during school hours? Lately I feel as if the Dr just is checking off a check list and is completely out of touch with the real day to day struggles. I have thought about leaving the office for a while now I honestly just haven't had the time to deal with the inconvienience to do so.

I've always had good experiences at the pediatric office on Tanyard road. At that point I was seeing a Doctor [REDACTED] and she was wonderful with these children. I was not impressed with my last nurse practitioner and will probably not continue with your practice because of the negative experience.

Danielle is excellent and all the staff there are very nice.

Everyone did their best and the outcome was mostly good. The only negative is that we waited for an appointment with our preferred doctor because extensive rapport had been built and our provider was switched the morning of the appointment. It's hard for a kid with autism to have expectations changed without much warning and getting used to a new person.

My daughter and I felt mostly dismissed in terms of her symptoms and it felt like the provider knew very little of her medical history despite me bringing her only there since birth and she's now 12.

They do a great job and they're very caring for the children.
