David D. Wilson, MD

David Wilson, MD, is a board-certified radiation oncologist with the Penn Medicine | Virtua Health Cancer Program. Dr. Wilson specializes in the treatment of the central nervous system, gastrointestinal, thoracic, skin, genitourinary, and head and neck cancers using advanced approaches such as stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiotherapy. Dr. Wilson earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed an internal medicine internship and radiation oncology residency at the University of Virginia Medical Center, serving as chief radiation oncology resident. Dr. Wilson has published research in numerous medical journals and has presented at conferences internationally. He speaks English and Spanish, providing bilingual care.
