This was my first meeting with the doctor, so I did not expect her to know my history. But she listened very intently as I explained things, and she noted relevant facts. She was very professional, yet caring.

My visit with Dr. Subramanya and her office in Voorhees is always handled with professionalism, care from the staff, and also from Dr. Subramanya. She is very aware of all my conditions, always asking my updates on my surgical history regarding my spine, and is always willing to go an extra mile for anything that I feel I may need from her.

I scheduled a visit to refill one of my medications that I was on and to discuss another issue that the doctor had diagnosed me with several months before and I didn't want to do the medication at the time. I called when I was refilling in my medication to schedule that appointment. I got the appointment right away. The next day they had an opening so I went in. The doctor was unaware that I, she said, oh, you have to make an appointment for that. And I said, I did. I spoke to the girl the day before and that's why I had an appointment. Rather than just calling in a med refill, I scheduled the appointment to come talk about this other issue. The doctor informed me that the staff at the front aren't aware of that and so that we shouldn't be discussing it at the visit. And then when we did, she did end up discussing it basically ?

As this practice grows it is very difficult to get an appointment with one's doctor in a timely manner. I have now had 3 different doctors, all good, but having to share everything again. There are some benefits as varying opinions.

Getting an appointment for my Medicare annual wellness exam was not easy. I couldn't set that type of exam up online and even when I called they had to transfer me to the only (apparently) person who could set up that type of appointment.

If we are to arrive 15 minutes early then the staff should have the door unlocked. Not sitting there chit chatting.

Just when someone is at front desk they shouldn't be eating when people come in step away and eat snacks

I really like Dr. Subramanya. I am still gaining trust as I've been seeing her as my PCP for a short period. She listens attentively which is SO important especially if you're not well and scared.

Dr. Subramanyan partnered with me on making decisions for the future for my health. We talked about stepping down on medications and what had to be done by me in order to make that happen and how to sustain it. We talked about alternate solutions, but I really felt like it was a partnership and not someone dictating something at me, that I was a part of the solution of what my health goals were. She was awesome and very respectful.

My appointment went well. There were no issues. I was seen in a timely manner, which is not always the case with medical providers, so I appreciate that.

Dr. [REDACTED], he is awesome. He's the only doctor that helped me with my lymphedema. I didn't even know what it was. I asked four different doctors, nobody knew what it was. And she researched it and then she got me involved with a physical therapist for lymphedema. And I am doing a lot better. I really am. I owe her a lot of gratitude for that. I appreciate her. This was the first time I met Dr. Subramanya and I was VERY impressed. She gave me a thorough examination and prescribed antibiotics for my sinus infection. She also gave me suggestions on how to clear the sinus. I was very glad to meet her and felt like she covered the situation completely, She is a true asset to the practice.

I walked away with good advise and I felt positive about the whole visit. I highly recommend this practice to my family and friends.

The wait was not long which is very important. My provider listened to all my concerns and addressed each one of them. They communicate well using the app and gave me recommendations and instructions based from my lab results.

It is strange that you state that you may be required to put on a gown for a physical but my last 2 that has not. Happened. Other than BP, pulse and oxygen level not much else was done. Oh breathing and heart. Ordered blood test. Apparently the GP has gone the way of the dinosaur. There is no more of managing your care. I told them I had ringing in my ears. They looked and said I have wax billed up. I asked if they could remove it and was told no, go see an ENT. It seemed to be a total waste.

Jaqueline Ridell is the best doctor i ever had
