My provider was Dianna and she is very kind and gentle and understanding. I would like to continue to see her whenever I need to see the doctor.

We are very happy with Rowan Family Medicine and particularly Dianna Shinkarow, APN. For the first time in my life I feel like I can ask questions without judgement and trust the treatment suggested and given. I feel that my life was literally saved last year when I first came there and had someone be open and honest with me about my health and what I needed to do to be as healthy as I can be.

The team did a great job. They contacted with me very quickly when they closed because of the weather. Dianna is very nice and patient. Thank you very much!

Unpleasant and intimidating

First time and I am so happy to have chosen this provider as my new primary care !

As usual I was seen later than my scheduled appointment. This is a common situation at this practice. I don't believe it is the fault of the doctors but of double and triple booking them. It's really not fair to the patient or to the doctor. Quotas shouldn't be considered when treating a human being. Unfortunately it is a constant in group practices.

Yes, my provider, I can't think anyway, anyway, my primary, I want to say, my primary is a very good physician and I've never had any problem with talking with her or what she tells me. has always been right and she connects with the other physicians that I see for other situations. So I would give her a 10 anytime. Thank you.

Yes, I really liked Diana and I thought that, you know, she was very nice and I like the fact that she started from the ground up, starting as a receptionist and moving her way up and now she's an APN. I thought that was, you know, I was very pleased with that and your staff was training someone. I was able to help and let them do my blood pressure and whatever else needed to be done. Thank you.

Wait time is usually within 15 minutes of appointment time. Place is clean. Accommodations are awesome for ur needs.

Diana is the most personable doctor I've ever had. She not only makes me feel comfortable, but she makes me feel more relaxed and not so uptight, like something's wrong with me. She cracks a joke here and there, making me feel, again, comfortable, and I really appreciate that.

Dianna Shinkarow is an excellent provider. I see her for my annual physical and maybe a couple sick visits every year. She is very attentive and compassionate and I feel like she values my time and opinion as opposed to rushing me out the door. Her bedside is great. I would absolutely recommend her to others and have in the past.

The woman at the desk was not friendly. Didn't say hi and had me standing for a long time. The labcorp tech wasn't very friendly or kind

My care provider was very professional she knew it about me and what my history was. She told me what to watch for when said I can just go straight back to the hospital if my name's got swollen. She also called me with the results of my lab and gave me new orders. she was very Good good and I will see her again

Yes, if a nurse practitioner, Dianna, can call me on my home number to give me the results of the ultrasound, it's insufficiency, as soon as possible. Thank you.

I don't know her enough to give any feed back but she was nice to me and caring about my situation.

The nurse was really nice and patient, but the physician, Dianna, she was really rude and nasty, and she was very impatient with me. I found out I was pregnant that night because she wouldn't do my pregnancy test early in the day when I visited with her. I tried to do a pregnancy test, and she wouldn't do the pregnancy test. She made a smart remark towards me and made me feel inadequate. That night, I went to CVS, bought a test, and found out I'm five weeks into three days pregnant.
