I really like Dr. Ramay. I'm extremely Grateful for what she did for me in the hospital. I don't recall being so sick from having this problem in the past - not this severe, for sure. She's very very kind, caring & compassionate - traits that are not often found these days. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of such services. ?????

I would like to report that follow-up is really poor. I called back because I hadn't received a phone call to schedule my procedure and was informed that I would receive a call back one way or another, whether they could book it in June or July, and still haven't received a phone call. And I was looking for a prescription as well that has not been sent in for fulfillment.

I am waiting for an appointmentc for my colonoscopy.

It was nice to have every thing clearly explained.

The provider was very cold and aloof. I found it difficult to talk to her.

Staff were welcoming upon arrival. Doctor had time for questions and gave me clear direction. They scheduled my follow up procedure during that visit which was very helpful.

From the time I walked in the door every one was very nice and helpful.

She didn't know exam. She walked in, told me she looked at all the notes she needed to and that she already knew the game plan. Told me what she was going to do. I tried to give some input and she cut me off to continue her spiel. I had absolutely no voice and what I was trying to say, apparently didn't matter enough to her to listen to. Thankfully, the office manager was amazing, and I really felt heard by her. She salvage the situation and I feel confident in who she selected for me to follow up with and as a result, I am willing to give the practice one more shot

The staff was very professional. The doctor was very attentive. The staff was very professional, took care of my needs, and they were all very nice in the office.

She was friendly and very attentive. She made me feel like I would be in good hands.
