I appreciate the front desk staff. I was running late and then did not anticipate how long parking and walking through the huge building to get to the ofice would take me. The front desk staff was VERY nice (probably the nicest I've ever encountered) about it. Also, I was taken back to be seen timely. Then, I only waited about 2 min for the doctor to come in after the med assistants brought me to his office. The Dr. was very knowledgeable about my medical history, which made me feel less anxious. He clearly took the time to review my chart before I came in. He even went and made sure my insurance would cover surgery before we proceeded. I'm very happy with this office in general.

I have only great things to say about Dr. Sharma. He knows the system of how to get the medications and treatments for his patients and with an hour after seeing him, got the prescription renewal I needed. The office staff, on the other hand, was not as accommodating. My Zepbound prescription had expired and I needed a new authorization. I was not aware of this until my pharmacy informed me. Obviously if I knew in advance, I would have taken action to get it renewed. Unfortunately, I had to wait several weeks until I could get an appointment with Dr. Sharma. The staff made it clear that no action could be taken until I saw him. When I explained this to Dr. Sharma, he was surprised and thought my prescription renewal could be set in motion even without my seeing him. I don't know how procedures work, but somehow I did not have three-month follow up appointment with Dr. Sharma after I saw him over the summer, hence my not having by prescription renewed. What I would hope going forward is the MyChart system could be set up to scan patient records to look for people for whom follow up appointments are critical to their health and send reminders to get scheduled. I receive all kinds of reminders from MyChart. I think the system could easily be modified to be told I must see my provider every three months and simply check to see if I indeed had an appointment. If it couldn't find an appointment on record, it would automatically send a reminder to schedule one.

I was quite pleased that I didn't have to sit in the waiting room for an extended period of time. I got there on time, if not early, filled out the appropriate paperwork, and my name was called instantly. I went in, we weighed, we blood pressured, and then I went right in to see the doctor. No time wasted. He was very, very on top of his schedule.

I really enjoyed the doctor as well as the staff. Everybody was really friendly, nice. The doctor was very understanding, wasn't harsh on me at all, and I really appreciate everyone's help.

Day and night. I went with my husband to his appointment and his provider must have been having a bad day because it was a terrible appointment overall. Suggesting he switch to my provider since his doesn't seem To be listening or providing feedback where mine is great and my team has been great my entire experience, no one had been moody once!!

Dr. Sharma wouldn't order A1C blood test for me and I thought that was unusual being a morbidly obese woman. And the fact that I wanted an A1C test so I could see what the number was.

This is a very friendly and professional office. I am treated with care and respect each time I visit the office, there is rarely a time when I am expected to sit and wait to be seen. I will always get an answer to my questions in a timely manner.

Offices neat and clean, but very sterile. Need artwork, decorations, artificial plants, or whatever docs and staff like. Lacked personality that would help me be more comfortable in that setting. Otherwise all good :)

If only every doctor on the planet could be a doctor Sharma...I ADORED and appreciated him beyond measure!!!
