Excellent care, Heather was instrumental in the care that saved my life.

Heather, the physical assistant that I saw on Monday, excuse me, this past Monday, because Dr. [REDACTED] was away, was wonderful. Very interested and very caring in what happened to me, because I fell and broke my right elbow, but very concerned, very interested, had a good, excellent bedside manner. And she even did, because I also had a bad abrasion on my lower left leg. She even did a dressing change on my lower left leg. And I hadn't asked her that, and she offered to do it. And she went ahead and did it, and I appreciated it very much. So she was excellent. I would go to her anytime when Dr. [REDACTED], because I love Dr. [REDACTED]. Whenever Dr. [REDACTED] was off, I would go to Heather. She was fabulous. Like I said, she had an excellent bedside manner.

I like going there. They always have done everything in a very timely manner and everybody has been very pleasant. Thank you.

It is always a pleasure to see Heather. She never keeps patients waiting and she is ready to discuss your results as soon as she enters the exam room. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family, in fact, I have on numerous occasions.

And every time I'm there in the office, everyone that I run into from when you walk in to when you leave is always kind and very, very helpful. Heather is always on time. I never feel rushed. Well, after a while the PA said that she was out of time. I thought that was unprofessional and made me feel like she just had to get her amount of time in and did not care really about me.

I can in and was diagnosed with a hernia. Arrangements were made to see a surgeon the following Monday. I was given an appointment for thar Friday. It was cancelled when they were told I took Ozempic on Sunday. If I was told that I could not have surgery for a week after taking Ozempic. This led to another unnecessary week of pain plus lost wages. I believe I should have been told

Coming from a small practice for 34 years it is a huge change going into a large practice. I can not say I do not like it because it is a change, I am not use too a large practice . I have some concerns that I have been on a medication for a few years and it was something that can be renewed due to the comfort of the NP. I understand the concerns . I have medical records that could have been looked at . I would have to go to another Doc for care .

This was a same day sick visit and this was not my normal provider. However I would have no problem returning to this provider

Heather is a wonderful NP, very knowledgeable and professional but also very compassionate. I have recommended her to family and friends.

My medication review during my first visit was not recorded correctly. I called into the Nurse immediately but it has been 22 hours and have not heard a things. They recorded only 1/2 of my dosage. Sent an email also. Still no word???

Provider spent enough time with me to properly diagnose what was going on and to recommend some ways of minimizing my (flu) symptoms.

Heather is a great healthcare provider she has the best interest in her patients and their wellbeing. She takes the time to listen and makes sure that different options are available for her patients.

The person who gave me my flu shot was very good. She also checked me in and did my vital signs. Her name was something like [REDACTED] but I don't remember for sure. Anyway she seemed a little nervous and she had an observer so I asked if this was her first flu shot and she said that it was but she did a great job. I felt a little pinch which is expected but otherwise I had no issue and my arm was only mildly sore the next day and not sore at all the following day. I'm sure that she is a pro now giving flu shots and I was very pleased with the care she gave me.

It was a relaxing experience after a weekend in the hospital.

I feel very comfortable in this practice and I am able to fully discuss my health concerns with Heather G. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Heather has and continues to be the most caring, attentive provider that I've had. It's clear that she is knowledgeable about the subject and develops 2 -3 options each and every concern. As a healthy individual, we make a plan for the next 2 years of preventative care each visit allowing me to remain my healthiest. It's also so refreshing to talk to a provider who enjoys what they do.
