This was a same day sick visit and this was not my normal provider. However I would have no problem returning to this provider

Heather is a wonderful NP, very knowledgeable and professional but also very compassionate. I have recommended her to family and friends.

My medication review during my first visit was not recorded correctly. I called into the Nurse immediately but it has been 22 hours and have not heard a things. They recorded only 1/2 of my dosage. Sent an email also. Still no word???

Provider spent enough time with me to properly diagnose what was going on and to recommend some ways of minimizing my (flu) symptoms.

I feel very comfortable in this practice and I am able to fully discuss my health concerns with Heather G. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

Heather has and continues to be the most caring, attentive provider that I've had. It's clear that she is knowledgeable about the subject and develops 2 -3 options each and every concern. As a healthy individual, we make a plan for the next 2 years of preventative care each visit allowing me to remain my healthiest. It's also so refreshing to talk to a provider who enjoys what they do.

My provider called me to make an appointment to talk over the denial of a drug by my insurance company that was on refill. She was able to provide alternatives to continue my treatment.

Only issue I ever have with this office is getting appointments for sick visits.

Really have to set up appointments months in advance to see your primary. If it is short notice nearly impossible to see your primary physician

I would have preferred to meet with my primary care doctor although the resident nurse was quite good My primary care physician would likely have done a more complete diagnosis . I got an x-ray scan done but what next???
