I left my visit feeling ease of mind, very comfortable that I was in good hands, and it was just a meeting that answered my questions and made me feel good about what I have to go through. So yes, it was a very good experience.

Dr. E is the best doctor I've ever met in my life. He's given me hope. He's given me everything that I could ever ask for. He has been very active and very caring in my recovery, which is the most important thing. I love that man to death. I trust him with my life.

They, treat me very nice

This is something we are not happy about with just about any care provider, is the automated phone system. As older patients, we like to call and speak to a live receptionist. We are more comfortable and have questions that are not in the menu

I rather an office visit to telehealth.

It took two weeks for someone from the office to call me back. The provider did not have my records that the office said they were going to get. Very disappointed with the visit. Still no feedback.

When I came to my appt at 755 am there was no one at the desk to check me on. I walked across the hall and was told someone would be there and about 15 minutes later an employee entered to check me in Should nt staff be there to greet patients when they arrive?

I have complete confidence in Dr Elgenaidi and his staff for my care. They care and are compassionate with their patients.

I was happy to meet with this Dr. He was able to put 2 and 2 together for my report which could have been done before. All my info was out there but wasn't put together in report form.

While this medical issue is very serious, the overall experience with the doctor and staff was superb ! I actually enjoyed the entire visit! No staff member was rushed or tired. The doctor was interested in helping me, explaining various possibilities he expected to see from pending test results. And was honest with life and death possibilities and percentages the best he could. I felt emotionally great when I left the building headed to my car. Like I hadn't felt in a long time. Please share these remarks with the staff and doctor.

I appreciate Dr Elgenaidi's not judging me based on the many judgmental notes in my record. He knew which protocol to determine what status I am at and when I messaged about authorization, he responded himself efficiently. I left feeling like getting my liver healthy is not one of the things I gave to stress about.
