The individual who checked me in was extremely rude and arrogant as though I was interfering with her day. That was the beginning of my experience. I must say it left a lasting impression on me.

May have to look elsewhere for a primary provider as Virtua seems to be purposely pushing even routine annual wellness visits beyond and either bill for "special" services or require secondary visits. As a healthy individual with no other unique health issues that would require additional visits, Im not in agreement.

Always friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Very much appreciated !

needed medical clearance and EKG for surgery on short notice, they were able to get me in next day, two days later I had the surgery done. Great service. Thank you.

I called triage and everyone worked with me to get me to be seen asap.

Dr. Glass took the time to do a thorough history and the staff was very pleasant!

Prior to the visit, Dr. Glass was most responsive and explanatory in response to a "heads up" MyChart message I sent him with four areas of concern.

This was the first time I met Dr Glass and I was pleasantly surprised at his patience and sensitivity. He was also in call over the weekend and I had to call in twice. He was understanding and patient. I would highly recommend Dr Glass.

And we go over those results very thoroughly, and we talk about my lifestyle, and he's been great, to counsel me appropriately and make the lifestyle adjustments that are necessary. And he keeps up with my health, and my records, and my overall well-being. So he's been amazing. He's a very thorough, comprehensive doctor. Thank you.

Well, I like the fact that the doctor spent a reasonable amount of time talking to me about my health, my age, and things I should be doing and not doing. And I asked him a lot of difficult questions, I thought, and he handled them very well. So I'm very pleased with Dr. Glass.

My Dr.s and staff are excellent. However, the scale in the Medford office is not accurate and needs to be fixed or replaced. I do not weigh 190!!! I weigh 174 right now. The scale used is calculating 10+ lbs higher. Please address this ongoing issue

Dr. Glass is amazing. I have been seeing him for over ten years. All of his staff are equally wonderful.

I went in because I have a problem with my ear. I received a referral to see an ENT but had to wait for a Email and then received some recommendations. I asked around and found a ENT and made an appointment. Virtua doesn't seem to have specialists available when you need them.
