Dr. Bajaj is a wonderful care provider. She takes time to listen to you. She takes time for questions. She takes time to listen to your thoughts and your questions about ways that you think your care should be handled or could be handled better. She never rushes you. She's extremely pleasant and She is a pleasure to visit. Even if you're not feeling well, she is still a pleasure to visit.

Dr. Bajaj is a very good doctor. I think that she understands what I need for the different health issues I'm dealing with. And she listens to me even when she's, I had some concerns that were a little bit far-fetched, but she still listened to me and she took them into consideration. And she's just a good doctor. She really cares about her patients. At least she cares about me. And even if some of the things that we're experiencing may be a little bit too far-fetched for what we're saying, she still takes it seriously and, you know, or helps explain to, or helps explain what I'm feeling and maybe, you know, what kind of course of treatment I need or not need. So overall, she's a good doctor. Thank you.

They were all very attentive.

The staff member at the front desk seemed to be pretty rude to one of the patients that had a couple of questions. She was just outright rude. Not the first time either. She did the same thing the last time I went for a visit to another patient.

The young lady who first called was completely insensitive when I said I needed a minute to get into the lift chair to talk and answer her questions. She said you call back, and hung up on me! When I did call after signing into the virtual waiting room on my own to make sure all was well, I spoke with the triage nurse, and older woman who was great. She said all was well. Dr Bajaj is a jewel and I am lucky to have her as my primary.

I use My chart alot. My text are always returned in a timely manner.
