Always a pleasure to meet with Dr. Soh. Most helpful every visit. The check-in process with MyChart is cumbersome and repetitive. I had two visits the same day (including my Annual Medicare Wellness Visit). I spent a lot of time reverifying the same information (that had not changed) twice for visits on the same day. MyChart also sends me emails to login to MyChart for an important message. The message amounts to a reminder of a scheduled upcoming appointment that I had already checked in for. Can't I just get an email reminding me of the upcoming appointment?

I had a very excellent experience with virtual health care. I would recommend it to my friends. Keep it up.

I being with this provider for five or six years now and she always treat me the same Dr. ]REDACTED] is also a good adult physician she listens she understand like Dr. show. I don't have any problem. Nobody in that facility are very respectful. They pay attention. They treat you nice and there's nothing else I can say about that facility. They're awesome people.

Dr. Soh is intelligent, does not give up on struggling patients, and went out of her way to open up an appointment time for us when we were struggling.

It is hard going to anothe primary care doctor, but Dr. Jean Soh made it easy. She was patient and listened carefully to me and involved me in decisions regarding my health.

I appreciate the extra time the doctors and the staff spent with me trying to, you know, curse all my needs they needed. Thank you.

The doctor, Jean Soh, was very condescending. I've been with her for a few years and after the last two visits, I will not be seeing her again. I was very caught off guard with certain things that she was saying and I feel like she did not have my best interest and was not hearing my concerns.
