Dr. Namey was great. I appreciate all his help, his honesty, and his direction. I just want to let you know when I did the first question, I pushed two. It should have been four. So that was done by mistake. So if you could correct that on the survey, that would be great. I appreciate it.

When I walked into the reception area, the woman at the front desk was sitting there with her head in her hand looking extremely bored. She spoke in such a low voice I had to ask her several times to repeat what she was saying. The technician who did my EKG didn't seem very friendly at first. I'm extremely ticklish around my stomach area, and I get high anxiety when people touch me there I read that putting my hands on my stomach has a calming effect and prevents me from jerking around when somebody else touches me. I asked the technician if I could do that while she was putting the stickers on that area. I would have moved my hands so they wouldn't be in her way, the whole idea was just a calming gesture for my personal comfort, but she refused to let me. My jerking movements were severe and my anxiety was really high. She didn't even apologize. After she put the stickers on, she said, now I could put my hands on my stomach. I was offended by that because the idea was to have my hands on my stomach while she was putting the stickers on. To tell me I could do it after the worst of it was over, was ridiculous and kind of insulting to me.

I love the care dr namey give me when I visit his office. Been his patient for more the 15 years .he treat each patient with respect and listen to every concern and question. Mrs hyche

Fast I was not there long

Dr. Namey took the time to explain what the next steps would be and what to expect. Included me in the discussion and decision on how to move forward.

It would be 10/10 but, the two front desk girls weren't the nicest.

Right this minute I'm very upset. I've been calling cardiology five times and never got a call back that I read I had a septal infarction on a report and Dr. Namey didn't even mention it. I had to read that the next day when I got home. Trying to call office to see if this is correct and no one has returned my call leaving me very upset not knowing what is happening to my heart!

I felt rushed. I had to keep the doc engaged to finish all the questions I had. The appt never seems long enough. THe doc does seem knowledgeable though:)

30 minit wait to be seen but told if i was 15 minutit late my appointment would be cancelled is that fair?

Dr. Namey and his Team are polite, look out for my needs and always make me feel he always looks for my best welfare.

My experience was a very good one, I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable.

The provider was great. The medical assistant or person that took my vitals was also really nice, very cordial, just very friendly. The provider really took his time to get to know me and to ask me questions. And I remember being taken aback by how much he took the time to sit back and just ask me, was there anything else? Usually providers are running out of the room and he didn't do that. And I left feeling like I actually wanted to recommend him to my husband, whom I would like to see a cardiologist as well. So all in all, it was great. There was one staff person up front at the front desk. She was the last person that was there. I guess everyone had left for the day. I did feel like she was a little bit nippy. And I remember thinking, I wonder if I'm the one that's going to be awesome.

I generally feel it was a pretty good experience, but I do feel like the appointment is generally very brief when I meet with Dr. Nami, and I'm not sure I get all of my questions answered. It just seems like it's a quick visit, and he just says, I'll see you in six months. I just would like to feel that he understands my concerns a little bit more. Otherwise, he seems like a good doctor.

Dr. Namey is a concerned and compassionate physician. When my late husband was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer Dr. Namey made a personal phone call to me. How many doctors take time out of their schedule to express concern over a patient's spouse? Dr. Namey did.

The people at the sign-in desk were very efficient in getting me signed in and checked out of the office. I also needed some insurance paperwork copied and filled out. They processed that paperwork. The person performing my EKG was very organized, and provided that information to the doctor for my visit.

I usually go to the Medford office but they made this appointment at Moorestown 728 Marne Hwy. Had a terrible time there. Long wait to check in. Also had to park far from entrance and I have a hard time walking. On another note, I had problems when trying to contact Dr. Namey by phone. Called several times but did not get a return call.

Dr. Namey is a great doctor, and my visits are always medically great, with questions always answered if possible.

So going to a cardiologist just by itself can be a little bit nerve-wracking and makes me anxious. But everyone at the office is so friendly and warm and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr Namey is exactly the Dr all patients want to have. Totally dedicated to serving his patients, listening to them and providing understandable feedback that allows the patient to be part of their treatment plan. He doesn't force medicine on you but allows the conversation and test results to help dictate next steps in treatment. He is a very caring doctor.

It was my first time at this practice and everyone was very nice, especially the doctor who took the time to talk with me and look through my medical history. I only answered yes somewhat for the provider knowing my medical history because I have not been to this practice before, therefore the provider is getting to know my history. I was concerned about my lower blood pressure. However, Dr. Namey felt I should be euphoric re same. (I actually was) but didn't express it as I had additional questions). He mentioned I should drink ample amounts of water so I wouldn't become dehydrated. I wanted to question him as I wasn't aware lower blood pressure could lead to dehydration. There wasn't time for further questioning. I took his advice and am drinking additional amounts of water even tho it advances my incontinence issue.
