My appointment with Dr. Caudle was wonderful. She's a wonderful doctor. I trust her with my care and my life. If I need anything, I know she is there for my health and I appreciate that.

Jennifer Caudle is an excellent doctor. I have the upmost respect for her. She is to the point.

Provider was informative while she made recommendations she did not pressure me into making any medical decisions. She listen to my concerns and provided recommendations that were easy to understand. I will see this provider again.

I felt like I was being scolded, she did not let me speak I kept getting cut off she did an unnecessary test because she did not look at my chart throughly. I was really shock at her behavior as a doctor caring for people. Apparently she had some other things going on to be so aggressive

I wish all experiences went like this. They were very polite. It makes you wanna do business with you.

Arrived 15 mins before appointment as requested. I was not seen by the doctor until 42 mins after the appointment. I will decline future request to arrive early.

Dr. Caudle is the so caring and knowledgeable. She is very thorough and will refer you to the proper specialist if needed. I felt like the doctor listened to all of my symptoms and helped me find the correct course of action.

Great visit with outstanding care

She was 30 minutes late to my visit, with No apologies. She kept telling me that I should see the same Dr for all my visits. I didn't know that was possible. I told her I had a pain in my back, she wasn't interested to hear about it. I was not happy about our encounter. Considering to switch to another provider after coming to Rowan for 10+ years.

Dr. Caudle is the best. She is caring and listens to you. She offers suggestions and is very positive. I love seeing her

I'm very sorry to say it was a pretty difficult and bad experience on their behalf. I was at an urgent care recently before seeing them on my appointment in Virtua and I had taken antibiotics that almost made me die. I was in very very bad position with them, high fever, and a lot more side effects when I went to Virtua on my appointment to tell them that I could not take these antibiotics they had to provide other ones for me, they wrote down what I was telling them about the antibiotics and I told them the name of them ended up that they sent antibiotics to my pharmacy and they were the same ones that I was taking from urgent care after that I'm sorry I could not trust them anymore and they didn't seem to explain a lot of things to me so I had to go elsewhere. I had more problems with other doctors in Virtua and I will not return that to them. Thank you for your time and listening. I hope it gets straightened up, For other new patients that come into them. I think they need some help with some of the people they have there and working there. Thank you again for your time and I hope everything improves for the better in Virtua.
