Dr. Caudle, the MA's and nurses are the best there! They're always so helpful and compassionate with me and my family.

Dr. Caudle is top tier medical doctor. I'm truly grateful for her expertise.

Front desk staff were a little rude and when checking me in the reason for my visit continued to be discussed in front of others. The front desk person didn't greet in an kind manner and lacked care.

I would just like to say Dr. Caudle, she always asks for input on what I want to do and how I want to handle my care and also improve the quality of life for myself. So she always takes consideration of what is beneficial for me and she listens. So, and also too, she does offer, you know, check-ins, like recommendations for like, hey, did you go to the dentist yet? Did you go see your OBGYN? So she's very caring and very mindful. So I definitely appreciate her for all she's done. I really do. And I hope I continue to have her for until she decides to retire.

Front desk needs to be more friendly with patients. No greeting, smile and not welcoming, but my provider was great!!!

Love dr Caudle she's been my pcp for years now. I'm very disappointed I was not made aware of her schedule change until just recently. She did apologize. I appreciate the apology. It's just upsetting that her availability is one day a week which is not the greatest.

Pleasant and comfortable

Dr. was annoyed because I wasn't taking all of my prescriptions. When I didn't get a refill, I should have called doctor. Everything she said was understandable, but her tone was not what I was used to. When I left the office, I was upset. I have appointment 6/2/26 and looking for a better day. I'm 83 years old and I guess somewhat sensitive. Thank you

I have been seeing the doctors at Reconstructive Orthopedic since I was 30 and am now 79. Dr. [REDACTED] is sensitive, caring and understanding as are all the doctors in the practice that I have seen. From hip, foot, ankle, shoulders, hands, wrists, there are not enough words to express the care I have gotten from this group. They are the best.

My appointment with Dr. Caudle was wonderful. She's a wonderful doctor. I trust her with my care and my life. If I need anything, I know she is there for my health and I appreciate that.

Provider was informative while she made recommendations she did not pressure me into making any medical decisions. She listen to my concerns and provided recommendations that were easy to understand. I will see this provider again.

I felt like I was being scolded, she did not let me speak I kept getting cut off she did an unnecessary test because she did not look at my chart throughly. I was really shock at her behavior as a doctor caring for people. Apparently she had some other things going on to be so aggressive

I wish all experiences went like this. They were very polite. It makes you wanna do business with you.

Arrived 15 mins before appointment as requested. I was not seen by the doctor until 42 mins after the appointment. I will decline future request to arrive early.

Dr. Caudle is the so caring and knowledgeable. She is very thorough and will refer you to the proper specialist if needed. I felt like the doctor listened to all of my symptoms and helped me find the correct course of action.

Great visit with outstanding care

She was 30 minutes late to my visit, with No apologies. She kept telling me that I should see the same Dr for all my visits. I didn't know that was possible. I told her I had a pain in my back, she wasn't interested to hear about it. I was not happy about our encounter. Considering to switch to another provider after coming to Rowan for 10+ years.
