I arrived early as requested, but I was seen over a half hour late. You need your improve your scheduling.

I would encourage the office to continue to operate the way in which it does. Everybody there is fabulous. Jennifer in particular. I feel really comfortable when I meet with her. She knows my medical history and is just very, very accommodating, knowledgeable, and on top of things. So I say, please continue to operate the way in which you do.

I just wanted to say that Dr. Buckingham, I've been going there for a couple of years. She is awesome. She knows my whole history, doesn't have to read it. I mean, she's awesome, awesome, awesome doctor. And the girls in the office are great. Never a problem. Everything works out very good with medications, all that. So I'm very happy with them and that's about all I have to say. Thank you very much.

Mostly the staff was fine. The providers are amazing. But some of the receptionist is very not so, bedside manner, or however you want to call it.

She was very knowledgeable and understood our situation and explained everything in great detail.
