I was annoyed by the Multiple times I was asked to "sign in" and/or "confirm my appointment" which I did the first time they sent the e-mail however, they sent it again and again and even 30 minutes prior to my appointment time and THEN, as I sat in the waiting room I was called in 20 minutes after my confirmed appointment time. THAT I was not thrilled with. Doc Kolnik is an excellent guy and I am always thrilled to see him...once every 6-7 yrs.

I've been going to Virtual for many years, starting in 1991, for treatment of a stomach disorder. All of the doctors and staff have treated me with exceptional care and compassion. I would recommend them to anyone looking for expert medical care.

Dr Kolnik has been a consistent health provider for many years. He has been very helpful through my gastro issues - and particularly helpful this week with an impacted stool, which he removed. After a week of nasty constipation, I am now back to normal. Much appreciated!

Dr. Kolnik is a very skilled physician. He asks good questions. He listens carefully. He's empathetic. I feel very positively about him as a doctor.

My one and only complaint is that I had to wait 4 months to get an appointment... in the meantime, the pharmaceutical company that provides me with my much needed medicine denied me further shipments until I saw my doctor. Thankfully the staff was able to work it out for me so that I did not miss a dose.

takes the time to listen expands my thoughts and reasons while I'm discussing the entire picture. Dr. Kolnik. It's very personable and bright. The nurse that welcomed me into the room and took my blood pressure was extremely pleasant and honest and genuine.

When it comes to having to see a doctor for a GI situation, it's usually not a pleasant experience or at least the thought of it. Dr. Kolnick has a phenomenal bedside manner and really is a pleasure to go see. It makes a situation like that seem way better than it should be, which is why we go back to see him every time we need to see a doctor for this.

It is VERY difficult to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kolnick. He is a wonderful doctor, [REDACTED] is lovely and the front desk is very nice . It took a little time to check in. It would be nice if you had two people , one for check in and one for check out.

The receptionist was friendly and check in was easy. The nurse was courteous going through my medicines and taking my vitals. Dr Kolnik has been my GI doctor for years and is very knowledgeable not just about my GI issues but is concerned about other health issues I've been dealing with through the years.
