Kanad Mukherjee, DO

First, this building, this office location? It took me 25 minutes to find, there are no markers- it's good I came 1/2 an hour early. Once in the building, it's chaos and you have to ask a few people before finding it. Once I got into the office, there was one receptionist, so it took a while, then, and here's the best part, once I was back in the office, the nurse asked me a few questions. Once they were over- she went to do my VERY SIMPLE TB test that I needed for employment, and she stuck me, it hurt and she said, "it's not going in right" I told her, "it certainly hurts like you're in my skin", she kept poking harder- WHAT THE?! Once she FINALLY got it done, she said, "I don't know what the problem is, the needle SEEMS sharp enough?!" I'm sorry, what?! Why would there be a question? Was she using an old needle? Now I'm having internal anxiety about it, (which has not left me). I asked if I could please get it read elsewhere, even though that office is an hour from me. She asked the receptionist and I got my reading at my normal doctor's office, and of course THEY were amazing. I never, EVER want to go back to that office again. The location, the not very nice receptionist, the untrained and unknowledgeable nurse, the vibe of having old or very poor conditions everywhere....its not good. No, thank you!

Office are very nice and clean. I enjoy the Staff.

Wish Dr Mukherjee had more office hours, even if in another location.

Dr. Mukherjee is the GREATEST!

Dr Mukherjee is the best doctor. He suggested this treatment called OMM cause I hurt my side and have a bad back. Well I got it done and the next day my back didn't hurt for the first time I'm months and my side felt better. He always gives me the best care. The nurses and staff are great too.

Dr. Mukherjee is the greatest. You definitely need to keep him there. He needs to be there more days than just on a Monday or a Saturday in the a.m. Otherwise, he is phenomenal. He actually takes the time out to listen to his patients. He gives that one-on-one care that is definitely needed and also gives options on what to do and what the patient thinks is best for them, but to also give the importance of what he knows is best for the patient. The only other issue I actually have is when you have customer service reps taking information on a patient, they need to follow the cue because I was listed as a new patient, which I wasn't. And also, the person scheduled me for appointment where I wasn't supposed to be seen until a week later per my insurance. It is a 365 ?

Dr. Mukherjee is the best dr. He always takes his time with me. Every one in the office is nice too.
