    My doctor did not tell me about an aneurism until urgent care found it. Ended up in the hospital and a staff member made my appointment to follow up with my doctor. I did get to see his assistant and she did do her best to answer all my questions. I still have to wait 6 Months to have tests to see if it is same size.

    This was my first visit with Krista and she had a warm and friendly way about her. She was knowledgeable about my recent cardiac history. She treated me like a person not just patient.

    Ekg tech was not too friendly. Shy? Either way, smiles are free & she should smile & welcome you. Minimal conversation. No explanation of what she was doing (didn't ask if I ever experienced having an Ekg done). Did appear friendlier later in a conversation. Needs to come across she's competent & enjoys her job. I'm sure she's a nice person!

    Not about the this experience but virtua in general. I have been asking over and over why for telehealth appointment you do not allow the option to uncheck save credit card information. You always did before you DO NOT have the right to save it if I do not want it saved. You cannot get passed this so the appointment is canceled. You can't get an appointment as it is for months and then you do this with telehealth. Unprofessional and seems greedy

    I don't think there's anything left for you all to do to improve. I actually like things the way they are and I always felt like I'm heard and get good care.

    Krista spent almost an hour with myself and my daughter. She answered all of our questions so we could understand what she felt was going on. She also wasn't too proud to ask the attending physician if her plan of care was the correct path. He agreed with Krista.

    This woman was extremely knowledgeable, took the time tolisten to me, I feel like cared about and I when I left I understood my diagnosis and what medications I needed to take, in order to stay well! She was a real asset to Dr [REDACTED] patient!!! She was excellent!!! She definitely is a 10!!!

    When I called [REDACTED] and told her my issue. As always she was prompt and so helpful. I was called and an appointment was made. I came to the appointment [REDACTED] checked my blood pressure machine and was really helpful. Krista came in and went over all my concerns and was thorough and showed me some things to do. She was pleasant and kind. An asset to your group. We would be pleased to be seen by her anytime.

    Excellent providers. Dr. Schimenti and Ms Brewin. Spent considerable time evaluating and explaining the treatment recommendations.
