I am very grateful for Doctor Price and her staff. Everyone on each visit always do an excellent job making the patients feel welcomed with sincere comforting medical care. I'm very, very, very satisfied with the services that she provides and I have other family members who have her also. Yes, she's a great credit, a great credit to nursing, the nursing profession. And I wouldn't think of changing her. Thank you.

I have had several acute episodes of debilitating illness that adversely impacted my quality of life. However I believe the bottom line here is that the patient-doctor communication is limited and a 20 minute office visit is not conducive to positive outcomes.

Dr Price reviewed my medical history as well as labs and outside physician notes thoroughly before I saw her. I am also a physician, but she brought new insight into my medical history and gave suggestions I had not previously considered. I really appreciated her thoroughness and knowledge.

This visit was an Urgent Care office, the provider didn't know my prior history. However, she did reference the information in MyChart, asked questions to get a better understanding of my condition and provided a treatment plan that included my input.

I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be called back into the room. The medical assistant did not get an accurate temperature reading on multiple trials since the scanner thermometer never made contact with my skin.

This is My third Primary Care Healthcare Provided with Virtua Health in two years, and the Number of Internal Medicine Physicians is extremely Small in the Virtua Healthcare System.

Dr. Price is an amazing provider. Her bedside manner is exceptional. I have recommended and definitely sent multiple people to her who have also become her patients. The time that she takes with you to review labs, go over medications, any issues that have arose is truly phenomenal. And this last visit was especially close to my heart because she caught something that a specialist did not. So I truly am thankful to be able to be under her care.

I had a virtual appointment with a doctor. She wanted to see me in four to six weeks. When I went to schedule, the soonest they had was three months, and I would like a follow-up before that. I also would like to be able to see a different doctor if I choose to do so.

Dr. Price is an excellent physician. She is always easy to talk to and takes time to explain any issues that she sees. I never feel rushed and she always asks if there else. Probably sounds trivial but it means a lot.

I was really disappointed by Virtua's handling of the situation when they knew the doctor was running over an hour behind. This should undoubtedly result in a call to patients with upcoming appointments so they don't leave work for an extra hour just to waste that time sitting in the waiting room. Not only did virtual fail to do this, they refused to let me leave and come back. It is understandable that the doctor can get behind schedule, but Virtua needs to be better about inconveniencing their patients.

I was at office 15 mins before my appt, and still was an hours wait, first the waiting room then put in an exam room and sat with the door closed, feeling invisible, I resent it

I had a great experience with the provider that I saw. However, she is not my regular physician. So I did not have anything negative to say. I just have only seen her one time. I also want to say that I did have my appointment scheduled in a timely manner and that I accidentally hit the wrong number stating that I did not.

I definitely think that more time could have been taken to really review my chart as this was the first time I had met with this provider. I have had recurrent back issues that I have treated at Virtua which she did not acknowledge, especially when I mentioned how I have a hard time exercising due to my back issues. She just gave me a standard answer, very non specific to what the issue with my back are. Also, the answers I gave to the questionnaire were very briefly reviewed in my opinion. I definitely felt that this provider did not take the time to get to know me at all, her answers were so non specific that I would have gotten more details from web Md. I do not plan on making any more appointments with this provider in the future. Thank you for listening to me.

No time to discuss bloodwork. She usually doesnt have enough time. If I have issue to discuss i have to make another appointment, and discuss current issues at a later appointment. For she hasnt enough time

My experience was pleasant and the wait time was short

Dr. Price was extremely attentive and familiar with my medical history. I did not feel as though she was rushing. She took her time, she listened to me, and we dialogued about my healthcare management. I felt very comfortable while being in her office. Although I was in a lot of pain that day, I still was able to feel as if I got her full attention and that she was working on my behalf to help me figure out what was wrong and the best treatment to give me to help me ease the pain I was experiencing.

Felt like I was a bother, and than asked if I wanted a follow up with my primary, even though this was a follow up to something else

I think Dr. Price is an excellent doctor. She's very intuitive and very questionable when it comes to my care and my medication. I'm a CHF patient, so my heart is of most concern, and she is very diligent in how she basically lets me know of the doctors I need to see, how do I follow up, and my medication, and even my care. I totally would recommend her 100% to all my families and friends, which I've done. But some of them are Medicare, so it's more of a thing where transferring over and stuff like that. But at the end of the day, she's a great doctor and I love her.

As a first time new patient I was not impressed by the care. The physician was almost an hour late for my visit. There was no apology for lateness, thankfully o was scheduled off. I did not feel valued as a patient, I was talked down to in a condescending manner for example when discussing diet the doctor talked to me like a child as if I don't know Dopamaine is a neurotransmitter. As an educated woman of color selecting a physician who is also of color. I thought the physician would express empathy and would be able to identify with me as a woman of color and be educated about the physical, emotional, and mental conditions that impact women of color. Instead I felt rushed not valued as a patient, and mostly sad so Much so I called my sister after who lives in Florida to discuss my experience and explained the visit made me feel sad and disappointed. It was a very pleasant & surprising experience. This was a new patient visit & I was referred by a current patient; did not expect the doctor to be familiar with my complete history. However, I loved the strategy to address the patient's pressing concerns first, then move down the scale. I was able to ask questions & receive a non-condescending response. Appt was 30 minutes late to start, no apology could have cared less that I was waiting. Made zero attempt to hear me out as Dr was so far behind was just looking to move on and you have a fallow up so we can discuss then. I had some real concerns and was not heard. Connection was in and and never made attempt to discuss try again or reschedule or something......horrible!

This person is not my regular provider. Even though I told her what has worked for me in the past she still went on to prescribe what she thought. She also prescribed a medication that I will not use and even after I told the follow up person who called me, she continued to push the medication I will not use so what is the point. It is not useful if your patient is not going to use it. I have been a nurse for 22yrs so I understand this system.
