Dr. Lori Timmerman is a phenomenal doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. She listens & takes her time with you, highly recommend her if you're ever in need of a breast surgeon.

I feel really good that Virtura has knowledgeable nurses and Drs and medical techs.

I had a great visit. My appointment was on time. The staff was friendly and Dr. Timmerman was great. She takes her time and listens to concerns without making me feel rushed. She's a great provider.

All was good

The hospital went into a lockdown situation and the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating to each of the patients.

As I was ready to leave after my appointment concluded, another patient and I were advised that a lockdown had been announced. It wasn't until 2 & 1/2 hours later that we were cleared to leave. However, in the meantime, the office staff treated me and the other patient in the waiting room with cups of water and snacks, and they also kept checking on us. Their concern and compassion made quite an impression, and I am very thankful for the care they gave us.

Dr. Timmerman is very nice and very professional and she made a better situation in a horrible time. Thank you.

The technician was caring and kind

Yes, everyone was very nice there to me. I really liked the doctor. She took her time with me. Staff was very nice. It's my first time there, and I was very impressed with them. I'm glad I found them. Thank you.

The front desk staff was not very friendly! They were a little rude. The Doctor and her technician were amazing.

Dr. Timmerman Is awesome! She is the most caring, compassionate Dr. She listens to you and takes everything you say seriously and is thorough in every part of your care and has an uplifting personality .

Both times I've been to this provider, I have been treated with respect and kindness.

Although I was nervous about the discussion I had to have with Dr T she has a way of making you feel comfortable n she takes the time with you n explain all ur questions. Dr. Timmerman has been exceptionally informative during all of my office visits, taking the time to thoroughly address my questions and concerns. Her empathetic approach and clear communication make her a valuable asset to the Virtua team.

Only concern is the long walk to the office from the elevator. Need an elevator closer to the office.
