The practice is great however this provider is not. She did not listen to my symptoms or do an exam she was more concerned about my last dental cleaning. I had to come back the same week to see a different provider who was great and was able to treat my illness.

Lyudmila was, as always very thorough and professional. My visit was a follow-up to a 10 hospital visit after a very serious cancer removal on my ear, nose and throat area. We went over everything that was in my discharge paperwork.

Although it took me over 3 months to schedule an appointment, I was very happy with Lyudmila Schowgurow. She is very knowledgeable, personable and I was very comfortable in my appointment.

My PA was absolutely wonderful, took the time to listen to my symptoms and gave me instructions in a way that was very understanding and with concern.

I always feel cared for when it is required that I visit the doctor's office. Lyudmila does not make me feel like she is just doing a job. She remembers things about me asks me questions I should ask myself but never think about. I very much appreciate that she is thorough in explaining "levels" result's "counts" how they each effect your day to day health. She is the reason I continue to come to this office, even though i work over the bridge and it would be so much easier to move to a different Virtua office more convenient to my work location

Best practitioner care in my experience!

Lyudmila Schowgurow is one person that really cares and likes her patients. She puts you at ease is honest and knowledgeable!

I was surprised at the medication. They gave me so much liquid to gargle and spit with. And I didn't know it was going to take possibly weeks. I wish they had told me that. Then I would be less agitated with having to do it four times a day every day. I'm not near where I want to be by now. I guess I think everything's instant anyway, but thank you. Bye.

Quality Provider Care !!!

Everybody in the office, including the doctor was great all very polite and considerate

I am super happy with Dr Luda! However the new outside call center I don't like. It's been horrible trying to be seen for a sick visit and my other family members were not spoken well to! You need to do something about it our family care is more with urgent care! I hear this complaint with everyone and I never had an issue being seen in all the years I have been with this practice.

Staff was good as expected knowing I had cv19 ,they were trying to be professionally (i get it) Dr L always on ger game excellent doctor.

My provider is carefully reads my file before she comes into the room.

Time that was taken to listen to my issues was terrific. In fact, whenever I finished a statement or asked a question, she repeated back what she heard me say for confirmation, then noted the information onto my chart. Lyudmila also called as soon as lab results were posted in MyChart. First checking to see how I was feeling then to discuss lab results. She is very caring and compassionate!

My experience with this provider was fine. This was never my first, nor second pick of providers at this location, but this provider seemed to assist me just fine.

Everyone in the office is great and helpful but I felt rushed. Feels like I was in and out. Should be more personable care. But virtua does not allow for that. They seem to care about numbers rather than patients themselves.
