From the check-in, thru the visit, and finally the check out, everyone was great and friendly. Listened to my request and implemented my wishes. Overall very pleased with Virtual Medford.

Dr. Keller is very good, however its always a long wait time. My only negative.

This was a senior wellness check visit. Adequate doctors but with sooo much screen time clicking the check list in front of them I felt disconnected from the experience. Almost like I could have done this visit with a phone call.

Dr. Keller is very compassionate and respectful of her patients, patient when questions are asked, very familiar with each of our specific needs, and very responsive when a renewal of a prescription or documentation is requested. I appreciate the care and attentiveness she provides to both me and my son who has significant special needs, is medically complex and fragile requiring individualized care. She understands his special circumstances and treats him as an individual which is vital for appropriate and optimal care.

My visit went well Turns out it was a viral problem I didn't have an appointment but they squeezed me in and I didn't have to wait for the urgent care to open

Primary doctor overwhelmed.

Dr. Keller is excellent. I mean, I don't know how she could be better. She's wonderful. And I give her a 10 on everything. Everything about her is great.

I was able to schedule my appointment with the help of the staff at Virtua. Was able to discuss with my PCP my current medication needs and current medical conditions. I was able to obtain some guidance on treating some current medical conditions due to my allergies and the weather we have been experiencing.

I think Dr. Keller is a wonderful and intelligent GP.

There was a snow storm the day before my appointment. The roads were extremely bad. I had driven to the office and was in the parking lot when I received a phone call advising me that the office was closed due to the weather and I could do a telacall visit. This is extremely poor planning and response on the part of Virtua management and the delaying of the decision to close/delay opening put people at risk.

Virtua's Home Health Care system is run very well, professional and caring. My wife and I are very pleased with the quality of care provided by the nurses, social worker and therapists that have come to our home. It was definitely the right decision made by us when considering continued care options.

Dr. Keller is typically always available when needed! This was very unusual. She may have been on vacation, I do not recall, but my son was already seeing specialists after his hospitalization. The practice did offer other appts very quickly, but I chose to wait to see Dr. Keller. My son has significant special needs and he's so medically fragile, yet, Dr. Keller is very familiar with my son and his extensive conditions. Most importantly, she understands his need for very individualized care, taking into account the genetic mutations that exist cause things to affect him differently and treatment must be provided with that in consideration and conservatively.

First time to see this physician. My primary was not available. I wanted an EKG. But would not do one.

My appt was at 2:40, the white board in the waiting room said she was on time. She didn't come see me until 3:20. I thought that was rather long to wait. It didn't seem crowded in the office I didn't feel that comfortable with my visit. I'm going to change doctors

Yes, I came to see Dr. Keller, who's not my primary doctor, for a surgical clearance, and I found her to be extremely thorough, and she gave me a very good examination, and she treated me very well as far as speaking to me and explaining things to me.

I made this appointment in June and had to wait until end of October to get the appointment. She's a really good doctor. However, having to wait four months seemed unrealistic.

I saw Dr. Keller on Tuesday for a UTI. There was blood in my urine. No treatment was given. It's Thursday night and I still have no lab results or treatment plan. I have called the office several times to no avail. This is unacceptable!

After waiting months to get in for a new patient appt, when I sat down with the provider, it was very obvious she hadn't looked at any of my medical history. Most doctor appointments that I go to where I already have established care with them take longer than this appointment. If she had bothered to look at my records she could have saved a lot of questions that were blatently obvious. I was not impressed at all and will be looking for a different provider.

Dr. Keller is a caring physician.

Doc is straight forward with her discussions with me and I like that. I tend to face things head up and work towards resolution and she always helps me get try to achieve my goals. We work as a partnership and that works best for me.

Well, I did like Dr. Keller quite a bit. I thought she was very polite, and she listened to what I had to say. I was extremely angry that it took almost six days for the test results to come back, and they didn't come back until a Sunday, although I saw her on a Tuesday. which I find extremely suspicious and showed up after I had to go to urgent care.

I have nothing negative to say about my experience except the entire staff is always polite and professional. Dr. Keller is just wonderful.

Extremely difficult to schedule a convenient appointment, period. Somewhat behind schedule, period. Otherwise, all services, excellent, period.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, as instructed, but was not seen by Maureen Keller until 35-40 minutes after my scheduled time. When Maureen Keller finally got came in to see me, it became clear that she knew very little about my condition. She simply told me there was nothing she could do and suggested I take Tylenol in the meantime. Overall, it was a frustrating and unhelpful experience.

Dr. Keller spent a lot of time with me. She even helped me understand an ultrasound that another provider had ordered. I have recommended her to friends and family.
