DR Meltzer is top notch. The perfect doctor. However.. I am constantly getting frustrated by the staff. I check in using MyChart, make sure my insurance is up to date, emergency contact, etc, and when I get to the office I have to provide this info again. Including manually filling out forms that have been updated on My chart. Its very frustrating that they will not use or trust their own system.

Yes, it was top quality of outstanding customer service. Only one thing is the intern that was in there need to be more attentive with the patient as opposed to being on the cell phone while communicating, paying close attention as Dr. Meltzer is treating the patient. I don't appreciate humor at times. Consider if that is the way you want your provider to speak to you. I think we all deserve to be respected and spoken to in a respectful manner . No place for off humor. .

He had an intern who was working with him who was very nice and knowledgeable. I enjoyed meeting him.
