Dr. Michael Deleon is an exceptional physician. He takes the time to listen, never rushes appointments, and explains things in a way that's easy to understand. His kindness and professionalism make a big difference, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. I'm very grateful for the care I received and highly recommend him.

Dr. Deleon is very personal and explains everything to his patients. The staff was great also. I feel very confident and comfortable with Dr. DeLeon with my issues that I have.

I don't think the care could have been any better. The doctor was superb and the nurses were really very caring and they were very good, kind. And the one in particular that took care of me, he was excellent. I couldn't have had a better experience. And I've had this before. Thank you.

Phenomenal experience! Doctor was concise and professional while. He was able to treat my condition same day. I'm amazed at how much better I feel afterwards. His aide was amazing too.

The receptionist could be a little friendlier.

I wish to say that Dr. DeLeon is the most caring medical professional I've ever met. He is extremely sensitive to my needs and my questions and answers them thoroughly and listens with ten ears, if I can say that. Dr DeLeon took care of both my parents and I have known and trusted him over 30yrs. He is a kind compassionate doctor who listens to concerns and explains everything. He is one in a million. My husband is his patient also.

echecking is worthless. I had to still fill out paper work and spend over 15 min there. What's the pointof doing echecking when I have to do it again.

I was very nervous going in but the office staff was wonderful as was the tech and the doctor himself

I experienced a significant wait time, about an hour and a half, but I really needed to see the doctor, so I waited. That said, the staff was wonderful. Everyone was very kind, and my intake nurse/tech was exceptional. He was patient, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process while respecting my needs. One suggestion I'd offer is improving communication around wait times. A simple acknowledgment, an update, or even thanking patients for their patience would go a long way in easing frustration and keeping everyone informed. I also noticed a sign in the exam room explaining that there may be a wait time of up to an hour and suggesting that patients thank the staff/patient that may needed more time with the Doctor for their patience. Honestly, this sign had the opposite effect and made the long wait feel more frustrating.

The appointment was timely. I had to change it a couple times. There was no effort to make that change. And everybody was pleasant when I had to make that change. Of course, I made it ahead of time, not that day of. And the girl that was working with me for the hearing, she knew me and recognized me, which makes you feel good. And then when it was over, she reviewed the previous year's tests against this test that was One was almost identical and the other one was very close. So it was very much appreciated. Thank you.

Dr. DeLeon is a very, a great surgeon and he listens to you when you're in his office and he provides feedback when you need it.

Dr. DeLeon is the kindest, most patient doctor. The staff are the same. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I find it frustrating to complete all e-check in items and then be asked to fill in several firms on arrival which duplicate so much of what I have already answered.

As me and my husband was proceeding to go into the building, a young lady opened the door because I'm in a wheelchair. And it was one of the clinical receptionists. She was available and she held the door for us. And going in, a better experience with the receptionist, going in to see the doctor, wonderful experience, wonderful doctors, a surgeon. The place was nice and clean and everybody was very pleasant, polite, loving, caring, and compassionate. Keep up the good work.

Everything went really well. He explained about the surgery! Now just waiting for the nurse to call and schedule the surgery.
