The Dr and nurse were both excellent

Everything was excellent! Pleasant experience overall!

Felt extremely rushed and dismissed! Just another pap smear on the table, honestly. Pushed my questions and provided swift answers until next appt. I'm sure it's because she had multiple appts ahead of her and trying to stay afloat but doesn't change the outcome. I've decided to not return and canceled my next appt.

I was very nervous due to the reason for my visit however Natalie made me feel less anxious and at ease.

The doctor was very nice and thoughtful, she talked to me respectfully and knew how to make the experience quick and smooth.

The medical assistants and staff were great. They listened and they helped. Now, the doctor, I do not feel like they listened. They were really listening to my concerns and my feelings and my needs. Could have been better. Very disappointed.

Dr Parkes is a good doctor. I've moved all of my healthcare over from Cooper. This was an excellent decision on my part- Virtua doctor has been exceptional. Dr Parkes was no exception- professional and kind. Virtua is fortunate to have her on your team.
