I seen Nikita Limaye and she was very attentive to my issues. She seemed to care as a person and explained every step to my injection. She did not rush me out but was very efficient. I always refer this group to my friends and family.

Yeah, Nikita, who did my procedure, I thought was excellent. She listened to my concerns. We had a good back and forth conversation. I was hoping I would get my knee drained, which she did. She was going to do it anyway. And she gave me an injection of cortisone, which helped me immensely. But, you know, she was kind, caring, and I thought she was excellent. And I really appreciated her care. So anyway, I would go back here in a heartbeat, and I will soon, because my other knee bothers me. So thank you very much.

I trust them completely with my surgery and after care.

My experience was horrible. I explained that my knee led to hip pain and that I was in a lot pain. I was told that my hip could not been addressed because my appointment was for my knee only. I was offered steroids and had to schedule another appointment for my hip. CVS never received the Rx for the steroids. I called back and I was number 31 in the queue. I sent the PA a message letting her know CVS never received the Rx but never heard back. Based on this experience I will not be returning to Virtua and I would not suggest anyone else go. Virtua is a business not healthcare. Therefore the bedside manner and care is extremely poor.

Dr. [REDACTED] was my chosen Dr. but he wasnot there so one of his colleagues serviced me with care. I was pleased with her.

The front desk was wonderful. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I definitely would recommend them. The people in the back, I believe the medical assistant and the physician's assistant, I asked them to take my blood pressure, and they said they didn't even have a blood pressure cuff. I asked them if they were going to take another x-ray, or if they would, because I believe another part of my arm is broken. They denied me that. didn't really take my concerns seriously. Thank you.

I don't like the way you're scheduling patients, Nikita. I'm used to seeing one person every time I go to get my injection. Nikita is whoever. I mean, I have private insurance. I can go to a clinic somewhere and see different people. I expect to see the same person each time that I have an appointment. And I'm probably going to leave the service because I don't like that.

She was wonderful. I was initially disappointed not to be seeing Dr Ropiak, but the PA was great. Really liked her.

The Pa was extremely nice and very informative. I would recommend to everyone.

I'm not getting no medicine. I'm still in pain and they told me they would have called me for the gel. I don't know how long it would take because it took so long for me to get his schedule. So I don't know.

Above and beyond fantastic service from scheduler, office personnel, nurse, X-ray tech to the doctor. I believe she was Physician Assistant. I have recommended two people already.
