Yes, I vetted this doctor and so it's the first time I don't, I've gone to him. So I wouldn't know if I should recommend him or not. I vetted him, meaning I checked him out. I wouldn't go to him unless I thought he was good. I think he's good, but I don't know. I haven't seen that he's good. So I think that he is. So it's hard to judge, you know, how good a doctor is if it's the first meeting, you're meeting with him. So that said, that's what you can do to improve your system there. Thank you.

There has never been a time he didn't get back with any questions I had via email or phone. The office staff is great. Even when the insurance company denied my medication he never gave up fighting for me until the medication was approved. If I had to give a rating it would be 5 stars. Thank you.

Dr. Latt is an excellent specialist and I am happy to have found him for my condition. However, I had a very bad experience initially. My initial appointment, the person on the desk was rude and dismissive. She handed me paperwork for somebody else's lab tests and gave me incorrect information about when I could schedule an appointment. The nurse, [REDACTED], was very dismissive when I called and said I needed to know results of some tests. She said you'll have to wait until September, which was three months, and accused me of refusing to have a liver biopsy, which is absolutely untrue. So I passed that comment on to Dr. Lott, and he said he would speak with [REDACTED]. Thank you.
