Every single staff member was so friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond. I arrived a few minutes early and still was seen within 5 minutes of getting there. I can't remember her name, but I believe she said she was the MA (she wore glasses), was beyond friendly and made me so comfortable. The doctor heard me out completely, made me feel validated, and made sure I was comfortable with our plan moving forward. Even though it was a pretty short visit every single person made it a 10/10 experience. There's not a single thing I wish could've gone better. I have put off seeing a GI doctor for a long time due to nervousness and they took that fear away completely.

The experience from the scheduling of the appointment to the arrival at the office everyone formally greeted me and ensure that I was comfortable. Everyone made me feel that everything would work out fine because they provided me information with dates times expectations each individual person who interacted with me explained who they were what they were going to do and what I needed to do. The entire experience has been consistent with every Virtua office I've entered. The staff are friendly and informative and welcoming.

The MA was the nicest person in the medical field I have ever dealt with. She made me smile and relax

Dr Chamarthy is personable, professional and provided options for remedying the situation. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she gave feedback on test results the same day they were made available.

I had a good visit with the doctor, okay, and we talked about a few things. And we decided we'd stay in touch with each other. Yeah, yeah. And, you know, that was it. Everything worked out well. Yeah.

Dr. Chamarthy is new to me so I cannot yet speak confidently about her at this time.

The doctor treated me with respect and listened carefully when I spoke. The office staff were exceptional.

If the scheduler has time to review better the prep directions I would appreciate that. Not everyone is a good and comprehensive reader, but learns better by listening. There are a lot of directions prior to a colonoscopy and the direction start a week before the procedure so it's a lot.

This was my second time visiting my GI doctor. And u can honestly say that the service I got from the front desk, to the nurse assistant was beautiful. The staff there was very welcoming kind, and friendly. The clinic is clean and beautiful upgraded. I had a great experience in my second visit then my first time there. The staff that was there before were not to kind nor friendly. I am well pleased. Not only did they upgraded the clinic but also the staff ????

One of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office in recent memory. The nurse that took my vitals was warm and personable and treated me as a person, not as a segment of time. Same with my provider. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family!

I had a pleasant experience I. The Willingboro office. I scheduled a colonoscopy for July. I was surprised when I got home and read the reviews for the doctor. They were unfavorable. I'm deciding now whether or not to switch providers.

I love the Virtua System! I look at it as one huge hospital building spread out all around my neighborhood.
