Great experience as always, never had any recent issues .

First, my complaint, biggest complaint with this whole virtual system is the phone system. It stinks if you need to call them and tell them you're running late or call because you have an emergency and can't make an appointment, no one answers. And it's just, it's hard getting through. You're waiting an hour to make an appointment or you have the call back, which sometimes they don't even call back. So that's my complaint. My positive stuff is everyone in that office is wonderful. My Dr. Patel, I love. I would never want another doctor besides her. And I feel maybe they need a little help with some office work, but other than that, they're fabulous. Thank you.

most of my family have already switched to virtua family physicians, I switched years ago from the dr that I had ,because I wasn't happy with the care I was recieving I needed a dr to listen & help me with my situation.I am very content with the care I recieve the office staff is exceptionally nice & helpful their an asset to your office.

Front desk staff barely made eye contact with me the entire time they were checking me in. No personal interaction at all. Did not make a good impression on me.

Dr Patel is great. Very compassionate. Staff's knowledge has definitely been on the decline over the last few visits. Front desk staff should not show the patients their anger regarding staffing levels. Very unprofessional check out clerk when she arrived for her shift. Very vocal and slamming items on her desk. When I was ready to check out the young lady had a sign that she was the only one and to go to the third desk. She was not there so I had the check in staff help me check out. MA would not take dates of my flu and Covid shots to put in chart. Told me she had to check NJIIS. Very unprofessional.

My experience with Dr. Ria Patel was stellar. I am a new patient of hers. Dr. Patel came to our meeting totally prepared. She had already thoroughly read my medical history and went over it thoroughly. We made a plan for a medication that I take weekly and scheduled an 8-week follow-up visit. I was very pleased with my visit and look forward to having Dr. Patel as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Patel was really amazing. She was patient, listened to everything I had to say, explained exactly what she thought my issue was and what she was recommending for treatment. Dr Patel made sure that before I left that all my questions and concerns were addressed.
