My experience here is always a one service with my doctor Dr. Robert Hudrick. He has been my doctor for over 12 years. He is the best doctor I have ever known. I pray and wish I find other doctors for any medical problem I have will be just like him because, he sits down and explain everything and does not rush with me. I was very thankful that I was able to get an appointment at such a short notice. My experience with the staff was overall positive

I was very sick a month ago and called to see what my primary care would recommend over the counter or should I make an appointment. Someone took the message and no one got back to me. Finally after a couple of days I had to go to urgent care. Finally saw my primary care doctor who I have been seeing for 15+ years and told him about no one getting back to me. He was upset and he showed me the message he sent to the call center agent to call me and come he would like to see me. I never received call and this has happened previously

The staff was very helpful both in checking me in and in giving me guidance on scheduling my next 6 month appointment which may include some pre-op evaluation for an upcoming surgery. Dr. Hudrick is always kind and sensitive to my issues and he took extra time to discuss my concerns about recent medication side effects and how to proceed with a change in my recent bloodwork including recommendations about diet and exercise. He made me feel so much better just talking to him. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Hudrick and his staff to my friends and family.

Clearly Dr Hudrick was overbooked the evening of my appointment. I booked this appointment at least 3-4 weeks in advance. I was roomed and waited close to 40 minutes for him. Do not room a patient unless the doctor is ready for them. I have worked in the medical field for several decades and this type of management is disrespectful and ignorant towards the patient.The doctor poked his head in several times to apologize and I appreciated that. I blame whoever books his appointments. It is disrespectful to a patient to have them wait that long. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand that there is a quota to meet but it doesn't justify making a patient wait so long especially at an evening appointment. I work too and need to get home also. On a positive note Dr Hudrick was solicitous as always and it was a pleasure to see him. Please try harder to schedule patients respectfully.

I've been going to Dr. Hudrick for over 2 years. Normally he's compassionate and listens to my concerns. He help me in a very difficult time of transition but this time he was terse and did not offer any solutions to my concern. I don't feel like he heard me and rushed through the appointment. I had to ask when I should return and he made changes to medications that we never discussed in the appointment. I felt very uncomfortable after I left my appointment. It's disappointing because he has help me in the past.

Dr. Robert Hudrick always takes his time and listens, and he discusses treatment with each patient. At times, I rather wait for an appointment with Dr. Hudrick than to see any other physician.
