Robin Figliola was a horrible provider and I'm still waiting for the director or the manager of this practice to reach back out to me about my experience with her. All of the medical assistants and the office coordinator were great. It was Robin Figliola who was terrible and I will not be coming back to this practice.

Front desk need to be more friendly to the people who are coming up to the desk. Also your Dr's need to really listen to there patience. I feel like they are not really listening, just going through the motions. It's like they become robots to what they are doing. Just going through the motions and not really paying attention to their patients. ?
