I had missed my appointment in Voorhees due to snow, and the office worked hard to get me an appointment that was available in Cherry Hill. Dr Gabler listens to my concerns and takes time to explain my situation. He is very pleasant and empathetic. I would rate my total experience a 10.

My very first visit with Dr. Scott Gabler I immediately felt comfortable at ease with him . He is very professional very knowledgeable and very caring . Dr Scott Gabler is also very engaging to your family members ,he respects the family as well as his patient. Dr Scott Gabler as soon as he walks into the room he knows your medical history and he remembers some of the personal things that you have spoken to him about . He is very concerned about what his patient tells him about their very serious heart matters. I'm thankful to God for him because I had a very serious concern regarding my heart , when I would try to go to sleep at night would hear a loud thump in my heart which is very unusual and uncomfortable. Dr Gabler tested me with a monitor at home to make sure all was well with my heart and that no serious complications was setting in . Virtua please hire more like him . Today I am thanking God for him because today l do not feel that loud thumping sound any more . He cared enough, and took the necessary precautions to make sure my heart Would sustain the everyday wear and tear of life . I'm thanking Jesus for leading my daughter and I to him .

I have always loved Dr. Gabler and felt he really knew my history, caught problems and really listened to me. But this time I really want to compliment the nurse also. I don't remember her name. She is the first one that ever explained everything she was doing when she was giving me an EKG. She said this examination would show if my heart's electrical system was working and when I got an echocardiogram, it would show my heart's plumbing system. That was so interesting as I had never heard that. Everything she did, she explained. And she seemed to really care about me. Very friendly! A wonderful visit!

It is sometimes difficult to get an appointment with Dr.Gabler because he may be scheduled to work at the hospital for weeks, even a month or more, at a time. THey tell me "his schedule is not up yet" for that time period.

Everything was fine with the provider. He had to change my appointment because he had a meeting with administration. So calling through your portal was very difficult because they made it difficult get through to the office. After seven tries, I was finally able to get through to the office and then I was able to reschedule

The phone systems are complicated and challenging to get to the office you are seeking. Doctors are impossible to reach. Only being able to speak with staff is annoying.

I checked in at the front desk by giving the secretary my license and insurance card. I waited for an hour thinking my doctor was running behind. Then I went to the front desk and asked why I was still waiting and apparently I was not checked in!! I did later speak with the office manager to express my complaint. I believe the medical assistants assumed I was a No-show. I suggested that the medical assistants should always confirm with the front desk whether or not the patient did show up!! I hope in the future that they will come up with a better system to prevent this from happening again!
