I went into the office with a written list of things that I wanted to address. In the past, doctors would tell me that they would only talk to me about one or two things. Dr. Dorfner took my list and went over everything I wanted to talk about. I felt seen and heard and comfortable. I really appreciate the compassion and attention he gave for my concerns.

Over these past 3 decades Dr. Scott DORFNER provided my family health issues, he is AWESOME!!! He address health issues & he will NOT hesitate to referral to other Doctors to address and handle. I appreciate & truly grateful for ALL what Dr. DORFNER for taking care of me & my family over the years.

I am concerned about a charge that is not listed as paid and I am positive I have a zero balance. I believe it is a computer error but no one seems to be able to correct it. It is very frustrating to me because I know I pay my copays each visit. That is my only complaint.

I waited over an hour and 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment and this is a common reoccurring experience. It has impacted my job.

I have been a patient of Dr Scott Dorfner for many years even before him being connected to Virtua Heath. He has always given me good medical treatment and honest sound medical advice.

I think that you should be able to have blood pulled in the office and not have to go next door to get it done. It's a lot easier if it's done at the office than having it done someplace else. Then somebody like me, where I have to physically take a day off to do something like that, or I could just see the doctor in the office and have blood pulled. That would be a lot easier and a lot better.

That when you make an appointment for 12 pm WHY does it take till after 1 to see the doctor. My time is as valued as his!!

I left my appointment with Dr. Dorfner feeling frustrated and unheard. He consistently spoke over me. He ignored my professional knowledge and experiences about the issue I came in for, and suggested I change my diet rather than acknowledge what I was actually saying. It was absolutely exhausting to have to defend myself to a person with whom I am supposed to be trusting my care. The nurse taking vitals was incredibly curt and flippant. I am aware that this experience is in no way typical of the Virtua team but I feel it unfair to carry around the burden of someone else's poor handling and decorum.

Dr. Dorfner is so thorough and knowledgeable about medicine and definitely about myself and my wife's medical issues. And he's always there and always available. I just can't say enough about him.

This was my first time with Therapy. I was leary how it would work, however, I am extremely pleased! The therapist has made tremendous improvement in my leg. I actually am signing up for a second round of treatment just to be sure everything stays strong.

He has a great bedside manner. And even after the appointment, he contacted me to check in. When I did my labs, I got feedback from him right away as all of my lab tests was coming back. He provided feedback to let me know what was good, if there was anything else that I needed to do, and he just provided all-around extraordinary services. I would recommend him to be a provider for my family and friends.

It went great ! Dr. Dorfner listens to what I have to say. Also when I ask questions that concerns me, and I'm not sure about it. He explains it to me and make sure that I understand it.

Dr. Dorfner's office is very efficient and very friendly. He has done a lot for me and he is showing a lot of care for me and he is very good at listening to me and helping me get what I need. Thank you.

The problem is the doctor is excellent and very knowledgeable, very cordial. Everyone was cordial. However, I always get injections for my knee and there was no medication to give me the injection. That was the only reason why I was there. That is a problem. They need to have their supplies there so that people can, you know, get better, be able to move around.

I really enjoy my doctor and I love that he's very attentive and that he helps me and that, you know, he's there to benefit me and to, you know, to give me the best care. On the other hand, I wish that Virtual would retrain the staff in the office because their customer service, I don't even know when it can be below zero. But it's a shame. I didn't even know Virtual had standards like that. Yeah, but other than that, I enjoy my doctor. I just, I wish the office had better staff or people who want to be there who don't have an attitude or get smart all the time or just, oof. But I never complain because you just, you want to have your, I love my doctor. That's all I love. And I love my doctor and I'm going to stick by his side.

I am a patient of Dr. [REDACTED]. She was on vacation, so I saw Dr. Scott Dorfner. I was not pleased at all with his service. He was very rude and condescending. He made jokes about other people who came in in similar situations and used that to basically make me feel like I was lying and trying to manipulate my situation. When he finally gave me my diagnosis, he refused to provide my work or my employer additional information about what I was treated for and just additional information on the documentation that he put me out of work for 30 days and then refused to give additional information to my provider. I was not at all pleased with the service. He's very condescending and rude and I will not

I wasn't satisfied due to the extension of time being there in the office for more than 1hour 15 minutes and then seen by the doctor (Dorfner) less than 10 minutes. I am not certain about his assessment of my physical condition is accurate, but I will follow through with his treatment recommendations. He never inquired to me about the primary reason I reported for my reason to have an appointment.

I've been a patient of Doctor Dorfner for roughly 27 years. He is sharp, well organized and truly professional. Practicing medicine has changed over the years. It is clear that Dr Dorfner stays current on the latest information. More importantly than that, though, he maintains his ability to relate as a human being. To me this is the most important thing I expect from a physician. Despite how much his practice grew over the years, I've never felt like I was "rushed" through an appointment. That is not only laudable, evident of a man who is truly dedicated to his craft.
