The staff and Dr Rossi are the best. They're friendly, respectful, and take wonderful care of me when I'm there.

The staff was professional and didn't treat me as a number but as a person. Dr. Rossi listened to my health problems and showed compassion to my problems. Dr. Rossi made me feel comfortable and answered ALL my questions in a way that I understood everything she said.

My visit was extremely well handled. I was having technical difficulties and the nurse assistant, I believe, was able to talk me through the steps. And then when Dr. Rossi got on the line, she was absolutely fantastic. She was looking at test results. She knew what was going on and she was very helpful. At the end of the call, they called me back to get some more information for my file. And I thought the whole experience from beginning to end was great. Thank you.

I make my appointments when I leave one appointment for the next, but invariably the office cancels and it's work to get rescheduled and it adds months to my wait time. It's happened this way almost every appointment I've had with her since moving to Virtua. But she is cheerful and positive and an incredible doctor on all fronts. I followed her from her last practice. She has the bedside manner of a saint!
